Collect Marshmallows on Webkinz Classic throughout July to win prizes for your pets!
Here’s how to play: From July 1 – 31, look for the Marshmallow Collection icon on your Kinzville Map and click on it to see your collection. Every day, you’ll get 1 free Marshmallow by clicking on the collection icon (Deluxe Members will get 2 a day).
Once you have received your free Marshmallow, you can get 5 more throughout the day by asking your friends (by clicking the ASK FRIENDS button) or by finding and clicking on the floating Marshmallow on WebkinzNewz.com (make sure you collect your free one first before trying to find one on Webkinz Newz).
Need more friends to help you complete your collection? Click the ASK FRIENDS button, then click the NEED MORE FRIENDS? button to see other players looking for friends and add them to your Friends List.

If you complete your collection before the end of the month, you can replay it again to win extra prizes! So, play every day to collect as many Marshmallows as you can!

@EkG yes the rug rotates 4 different colors , pink, blue, putplr, and green. It’s also a nice rug not tiny. :)

do I need to contact customer service? I did not get any marshmallows when I clicked on the icon today. I did get one from a friend and one from Webkinz news. As deluxe member I was suppose to get 2. With the one from friend and Webkinz news that should be four not two,
@bamboo211 did you get the floating one on newz before you clicked on the collection icon? If so that counts as one of your two free. One for clicking the collection icon, extra one for being Deluxe, and Newz would be the third.
If not Deluxe you would only get the one. Be sure to click the collection icon before you collect the one on newz.
Thank you! I did get the floating one on newz before I clicked on the icon. I am deluxe member, but I still did not get even one. I did get one on my granddaughter’s account and she is a regular member. Thanks for answering.
I think there is a bug in the program that affects what happens if you receive 2 marshmallows before you open up the collection icon. It doesn’t seem to matter if it’s from 2 friends or 1 from a friend and 1 from Webkinz Newz. But those 2 keep you from getting your 2 Free marshmallows. That has been my experience.
Can’t open Peek A News boxes either!
@CountryChrissy hey there Steve has posted a reply under the Starlight bed article. They are aware of the issue with PAN boxes not opening and it may not be fixed until next maintainence.

@tema you need to go to the kinzville map and click on the marshmallow icon. You will get one free or two if you’re Deluxe. Then click ask friends. You can request friends to send you a marshmallow. You can send ten requests but only five will count each day. The only marshmallow that is floating is here on newz. Be sure you get your free one from clicking on the collection icon first.

What?? 50?? But doesn’t it go up to 25?? There are not 50 days in a month! And why is the rug blue and purple?? Anyway, I will try to collect everything because it goes so well with the DIY stuff! I have a room just for this!
Events have always been to 50. You get one marshmallow just for logging in then you can request more from friends on your friend lists and receive an extra 5. So you can get up to 6 a day.

You can ask your friends to send you more marshmallows.
@EgK it looks like the rug might be one that when you rotate it it will change colors :)
