on my deluxe account it just counted the regular pet floating medallion as a puppy medallion, please fix and credit our puppy medallions that we are not getting. thanks
when i just clicked my second puppy medallion it told me i only had 2 left to get. its been counting the regular floating pet medallions for 4 days now, Please Fix
I have been able to get the max allowed each day until today. After playing about 45 minutes I have not had any medallions show up. Hope it’s not a sign of what’s to come but other players remarks make it clear that they seem to be having trouble on a regular basis.

Same! :( I only got two yesterday and I haven’t received any today yet.
I have 2 chairs set up in my pets room 1 high in the room and one lower farther away . I move my bet from 1 chair to the other every now and then . I get Medallions before I play daily activities. I find activities sometimes cause me to not find or the games may cause me to miss medallions. So they are important and come 1st. Hope this helps someone I get them all so far .
I have to agree with monti27. The pooparoos ad is becoming annoying. It is popping up everytime I move from room to room and in lots of the arcade games. wouldn’t be soo bad if it was shortr at least but yes it is interfering with the medallion collection.

Ok here’s my thoughts.. Have been playing everyday for at least an hour and only had one day where I got all the medallions to show up in a relatively short period of time. Last couple days have been on for an hour on both my accounts and have only seen the medallion once. Was so excited cause I thought maybe this would be a great event and would finally get a great prize. Now not so sure. lso now whenever I move from room to room I am getting that annoying ad for that wierd poopoo something toy which has caused me to miss some medallions. Not impressed. Hope it gets a little easier to get medallions. Thanks
I would recommend playing in your room for a bit, such as doing a puzzle or just browsing through your rooms. I normally get all 4 medallions within about 45 minutes. Goodluck!

The medallions only showed up on Dec 1 for me. I’ve been playing in the room/clubhouse, but I haven’t seen medallions since Saturday.
Mine come when I play in my house.
Will this pet be available after December? Even tho we get 25 medallions for Christmas I’m worried I won’t be able to get enough by the 31st, because I might not be able to log in EVERY DAY to get up to 4.
dont worry! if you long in on christmas, you only need to log in for 19 days with 4 medallions each!
Assuming you get all four. Sometimes it takes a while. So far I’ve gotten 1, 3 and 4 on the three days it’s been so far… Anyway, good luck everyone! :D

Yes, i have noticed the passed 3 days , deluxe is supposed to get 5 medallions . today it told me i got all puppy medallions again and i am short 3 puppy medallions 42 when should be 45
