sally webkinz, I’m really confused. I have adopted 3 pets already and for some reason its saying I need to adopt a pet or get deluxe to do stuff like quick tournament and I have sent so many gifts in the past but for some reason its saying that I have to adopt a pet or get deluxe to send one. also I haven’t been on webkinz for a while if that’s helps you figure out the problem here that is actually driving me crazy!! please help me sally because this glitch or what ever is happening here is really bringing the fun out of my webkinz account.
If your last pet was adopted over a year ago, your full membership has expired and you are now playing as a free user. If you do not believe this to be the case, please contact webkinzsupport@ganz.com so they can look into your account.
so,when u make a free account and go deluxe,once it ends u are free?i ahve never gone deluxe and when i adopted my second pet(i have 30)i was instanly not a free player.
Once your Deluxe or your Full membership expires, you become a free member. Adopting a pet once every year will give you Full membership. If you adopted a pet while Deluxe, your Full membership lasts 1 year from the date of that adoption, so you would be Full if your Deluxe membership expired before that time.

me too, I would never can found it! Don’t know even where to start. Looked everywhere for beginning, mo hint, no clue.
