Thank you to everyone who took the time to vote for the next theme they would like added to the W-Shop. And the winner is… the Toadstool theme!
This new theme will be available on Wednesday August 6th, but in the meantime, keep visiting Webkinz Newz because we will be showing you concept drawings as the items for the new Toadstool theme are being created. Here are Hailey and Elwin to explain more:
Hailey: “What a wonderful choice! This has the potential to be such a beautiful theme. Thank you to everyone who voted, but we still need your help! Please leave a comment below offering your ideas as to exactly what type of furniture you would like to see included in this theme.”
Elwin: “Exactly! It’s up to YOU to decide what you would like to see included in this theme. On Friday, we will be releasing the first set of concept drawings based on your suggestions and ideas… I can’t wait!”

I think the bed should have a toadstool canopy and leaf and ivy blankets. Maybe even butterflies fluttering around it!!!!!
But anyway, there should be a chair that is just a toadstool alone to sit on and a tall toadstool lamp you can turn on. Underneath the “head” of the mushroom would be where the light comes from. The mushroom lamp could be red and then when you turn it on it becomes green and the light is also green. And yeah, don’t make this theme Deluxe please!

I think that the Toadstool theme is a great idea! I believe it should NOT be Deluxe, and should be able to put it indoors, outdoors, treetop, and maybe underwater. I believe all the ideas submitted in the comments are great, and should be considered. I think there should be a large bed, not tiny, with a grass blanket and the head/foot board made out of branches/twigs etc. With four posts. On every post a little clump of glowing mushrooms. Then a lamp. The post made of twigs/branches etc. with a little shade glowing light blue or orange. It should also have a TV. (every set needs a TV right?) The whole outside made of twigs/branches/leafs etc. then a big screen in the middle. (Go big or go home right?) The theme should also have a couch. It should have a leaf covering, (maybe grass included) with twig/branch base. Same with the chairs. Then the coffee table and dining table. They should have branch/twig bases with leaf/grass covering. They also need a wallpaper and flooring right? (cant have a room without one!) The wallpaper should be a forest with some space in between the trees and mushrooms all over the forest floor! (still on the wallpaper) Then the floor! It should be grass with little twigs and leaves scattered all over the place! These are all my thoughts. Thank you for letting us vote on themes!
I think the toadstool theme should have a mystical forest theme, the mushrooms should be all sorts of colors, purple, blue, etc. The wallpaper should be a mystical mushroom forest theme, with magical colors.
I think the bed should be moss or tiny leaf water flowers, they like that too.

you should make a huge mushroom as a bed with the same details as what is on the chair (please make it for everybody to buy like the non Deluxe people)
