Just want to start by saying, I love playing Webkinz both Classic and Next. Yet over the last several weeks, I’ve been unhappy with your customer service. My best friends Next account has been messed up since December 26th. So the 80 pets she has on there , cant be played with. She has contacted customer support and yet nothing happening. For the amount of money she has spent, this is ridiculous that for 3 weeks she hasnt been able to play. Unbelievable !
There’s been a big increase in customer service requests over the holidays so they are working through a backlog. They will get to each issue as quickly as possible.
