We’ve heard that some of you are having issues with your new Things-to-Do menu blocking your pets’ health and hunger meters. If you clear the cache (or browsing history) on your internet browser, your new Things-to-Do menu should display correctly. (This should also fix issues some people are having with renaming rooms too!) Here’s how you can clear your cache:
On Google Chrome
- click on the button to the right of the url (that looks like three small black lines)
- scroll down to ‘Tools’
- under ‘Tools’ choose ‘Clear browsing data’
On Firefox
- At the top of the window, click on the ‘Tools’ menu and then select ‘Options’
- Select the Advanced panel
- Click on the ‘Network’ tab
- In the Cached Web Content section, click ‘Clear Now’
In Internet Explorer
- Select ‘Tools’
- Select ‘Safety’
- Select ‘Delete browsing history’
In Safari
- In the menu bar on the top click on ‘Safari’
- select ‘Reset Safari’
- Check both ‘Empty the cache’ and ‘Remove all cookies’, then click on the ‘Reset’ button

ok, I got it! its working thank you ganz!
I love that they let us name our rooms again….but for some reason it won’t allow the word purlpe. I can understand blocking certain words for decencys sake but colors should be allowed. I had most of my rooms named “not allowed” when that was an option. now my house is starting to get in order. thanks webkinz . please look into not allowing all the colors to be used.
This happened to me but we clear our history alot so it was back to normal the next time I play. Oh and cool your menu is much more improved. Geez,I havent been on webkinz for months! I wonder how it has changed since the last time I was on there.
by name you room do they mean we can type the name of our room?
