I clicked on the Gnome in Today’s Activities but it didn’t appear in my dock. Can you tell me why? Thank you.
I had that happen on one of my accounts once. It was strange since all the other accounts got theirs. You have to write webkinzsupport@ganz.com. Since you can’t sell it, trade it, or send it anywhere, they can see the error easily.
