Am sorry to hear this is last day–VERY FEW SNOWFLAKES FELL over the weekend…more like random flurries that reliable 5 flakes!!! It’s pretty unbelievable that I managed to collect all the cookie prizes BEFORE the snowflake prizes–have been huntin for days in trading rooms for a pile of snow–NOT snowballs–& no one seems to have…SALLY, WAS THAT A REAL PRIZE??? thx, k.

Aurora, I am having issues too, once I get into the games (to complete the winterfest challenge) it is glitchy. I switched over from Safari to Google Chrome and it’s a little bit better. Try that browser, maybe that will help.
I am having similar issues. The site freezes constantly, no matter that I follow all the recommended steps. Thre is nothing wrong with my computer or internet connection. I’ve never had to jump through a fraction as many hoops to get a site to work before or since. It’s too much & I’m afraid losing interest in Webkinz.
Loved Winterfest and the whole theme of the prizes … ice skating, hockey, snow! I never missed a day, got all 5 flakes each day and didn’t get a single ice rink wall piece and only a few ice rink floor pieces. Trading room here I come! :)
Aww, I really hope that I can get just one more ice rink tile… cause that’s all I need to finish my room. I’m getting everything else but that. I mean, don’t get me wrong, I love the snowflake prizes, I really do but I only need one more…

Sally – Could you please supply some information on how to use the trading places? I’ve never used either one, and I don’t see any instructions for either one. Thank you:)
You can head to the Trading Forum and post a comment under any of the categories with what you’re looking for or hoping to trade. Or you can go to the Trading Room and ask someone to trade. Then you put up items you’re willing to trade away and they respond with a smiley or frownie face to show if they want those items, and they do the same.
