Webkinz Stadium

I’m so happy to get to write about the Webkinz Stadium – one of my very favorite places in Kinzville!

You might wonder whose great idea it was to create the Stadium. The answer is: it was Fred Rover! Fred Rover is not only the host of the Stadium, but he’s also a HUGE fan of competition. I decided to visit him at the Stadium and observe a typical day in the life of Webkinz World’s foremost competition commentator!

8:00 AM – Fred arrives in his dressing room and gets ready for his busy day. His makeup artist Cassidy is waiting for him. She works on his face for a few moments, then turns her attention to his hair. After about twenty minutes in the chair, Fred dons his signature green sports coat and heads to his office.

8:30 AM – Fred reviews all the competitions for the day. “We’re so busy here at the Stadium,” he said between bites of donut. “I can’t believe how many pets come through those doors on a daily basis!”

9:30 AM – Fred has an interview with Ella McWoof. She’s doing a piece about him in the Newz. Fred seems to enjoy talking about himself. While I sat in on the interview, I learned that Fred wasn’t always so good at losing at a competition – in fact, when he was a kid, he was downright furious when he lost! Fortunately, he’s grown up and learned that winning isn’t everything and that competition is more fun when everyone’s enjoying themselves.

10:30 AM – Fred talks to his assistant about upcoming charitable events he’ll be going to.

12:00 PM – Lunchtime! Fred eats a good lunch in preparation for the competitions this afternoon. I was impressed with the spread he gets to eat every day. I was more than happy to help him polish it off, of course.

2:00 PM – The Beauty Competition! This was a really tough one. I have no idea how the judges picked a winner. Fred said that they partially based their decision on the pet’s skills at the Kinzville Academy – I guess that’s another reason to stay in school!

3:00 PM – The Cooking Competition! I was so excited to see this one. There were a TON of great chefs. Chef Gazpacho was actually one of the judges, so that must have been incredibly nerve-wracking for the competitors!

4:00 PM- The Running Competition! There is no way in Webkinz World that I’d win this one! It was great to watch some serious athletes compete. I was truly impressed!

5:00 PM – Fred had a few more competitions to run, but I was ready to call it a day. Let me just say that the Stadium is one awesome place. The audiences LOVE the competitions, and Fred is probably the best commentator EVER!

If you’re looking for a fun place to play, visit the Webkinz Stadium and see if you can be a winner!

My husky, Snowpaw, is really good at the quick events and gets first place a lot. Here are his pins:
    Agility: 4
    Strength: 7
    Speed: 8
    Intelligence: 3
    Creativity: 5
    Style: 1
    Grooming: 1
Haven’t started cooking yet but will.

Neat. I haven’t entered in any competitions lately, but I think it’s required in one of the challenges, so I’ll do it then.

    1. It’s kind of small. But I guess they had to make it into one room….

    2. They completely base it on your pet’s skill-not what they look like. =)

I love the stadium though. Running and Beauty are the best, in my opinion. =)
    Especially for Quick Events

I agree TheWebkinzWarrior. I love it too. I missed out on getting Fred’s Jacket though. I was on all day, but never saw the floating thingy. A lot of other people had problems with it that day too…sigh.

One of my pets is in level 5,4,4,4,3,3,3, and 1. I got 2nd place at the quick competitions one time! I just about always get 4th.

Good for you! I’m not too good on the webkinz stadium, so I’ve got a question, is the only way there’s a chance you could win a competition is being at a certian level or past? Thanks!

        • emant100 says:

Probably. The pet I use the most at the Kinzville Academy never wins. She only has a level 2 of almost everything she takes, except cooking and grooming, which are level 5.

          • SwedishLatte says:

I think that the higher levels definitely help to win the competitions, since my Webkinz panda, Lily, is level 5 on everything, and she wins a fair amount, but she also loses some too. So I think that even if you had level 10 on everything, there’d always be a chance you’d lose, but the chance to win would be higher.

Our pets, especially Hermione the gold and white cat have done considerably better after training at the academy. Oh, I am so jealous of Northwestern right now. Her school was chosen to do the orchestra preformance for the school chanel, and she got out of two classes

          • harrypotterrocks says:

Ok . . . my gold and white cat is ALSO named hermione. Go figure. I don’t this though. Everything clashes and goes together horribly. It’s all random and doesn’t go together. It’s like that for ALL of the places.

That’s too bad. My pets are not the best winners but my one pet, who has extraordniary hight hopes, always tries harder the next time & looks on the bright side.

        • lisiec8 says:

i have been trying to figure that out my self and what info that i gathered up tells me that it does highly depend on you level at the Kinzville Academy and if it does depend on your outfit (like in the pagant) it affects it very slightly. i have gotten 4th place without wearing anything but that is the highest score you will get. i haven’t seen anyone win a pagant waring nothing!

        • Doglove says:

My pet Poodleline has a lowest level of 2 and a highest of 7 and 5s,4s and 6s int he middle. And she won a beauty pageant and placed 8th in running .No joke,Plus she almost always wins a running quick competition.Again I repeat ,No joke.

      • lisiec8 says:

        i’ve gotten 1st a number of times and my pet’s thing is: cooking;3, grooming;6(grooming is my favorite i do it every day) stile;2, creativity;3, intelligence;2, agility;2, speed;3, strength;3.

      • Tyronegal says:

        Thats Awsome.

    • WebkinzWizard:) says:

I love the webkinz stadium. I usually do the quick events and not the main competitions since I don’t have enough time to wait for the competition to start.
4 of my pets work really hard at the Kinzville Academy and I hope that one day one of them will win a contest.
Who all has won 1st place before?

      The *~Webkinz Wizard~* :)
