We have been listening to our members and we are aware that some of you are experiencing difficulty logging into Webkinz World. We want to help get you back onto Webkinz World as quickly as possible!
We are currently aware of an issue that prevents some Mac users from logging on when using the browser Firefox. We are working on fixing this, but in the meantime, if you are using a Mac, we suggest that you try opening Webkinz in a different browser.
If you are not using a Mac and Firefox but are still experiencing difficulty logging on, please let us know in the comments section below which browser and which version of Flash you are using. This information may help us pinpoint the problem.

I can log in but it just freezes. I’ve contacted support but no response.
I have tried both chrome and safari on my Mac. I even cleared the cookies, cache, etc. on both browsers. I still get an error saying “I am sorry, we can’t connect to webkinz world”
I am having trouble and I have tried both chrome and explorer. I am using windows 10. Have cleared cache, etc. Getting message “I am sorry we can’t connect to webkinz world” and as it closes I can see my dock has just come up in the background with my pet and it spits me back t sign in page.
I’m using Chrome with Windows 7. The log-in crashes, or the site crashes after a few minutes. The mobile app (ios 11) also crashes on long-in or after a few minutes.

I have a Mac, but I am using Safari instead of Firefox. Every time I try to go to the arcade or today’s activities, I get an error message saying “Failed to retrieve data for view descriptor(s) matching [4311] id (s)/tag(s)”, and it logs me out. I’m running a current version of Flash too, version 29.
I am having trouble getting into the “Daily Activity” and the “Arcade” it gives my an error message “Failed to retrieve data for ‘view descriptor(s) matching [4311] id (s)/tag(s)

I’m having the same problem in all browsers and restarting. It’s when I go to the game page and the today’s activities pages.
Every time I log on to Webkinz on my PC and every time I play a game on the mobile app I get a message that states “Failed to retrieve data for ‘view’ descriptor(s) matching [4311] id(s)/tag(s).” What should I do?
I have the same thing! I can play with my pet feed sleep anything in my house but when I try to play games or go to things to do or anything that’s leaving my house I get “Failed to retrieve data for ‘view’ descriptor(s) matching [4311] id(s)/tag(s).”

Same message for me all day. Cache has been cleared. How do you fix this?
I have tried to log in but every time I try to I get kicked off right when it pulls the screen up after loading. I use Opera and i just installed the newest version of Flash, and it still didnt work.
Opera is not one of our supported browsers. What happens when you use Chrome, Firefox or Internet Explorer?
Cleared cookies, restarted computer several times and tried different browsers and I still can’t log in to webkinz. If i’m able to get to the log on screen I can not enter my user name or password. Please help.
