We have been listening to our members and we are aware that some of you are experiencing difficulty logging into Webkinz World. We want to help get you back onto Webkinz World as quickly as possible!
We are currently aware of an issue that prevents some Mac users from logging on when using the browser Firefox. We are working on fixing this, but in the meantime, if you are using a Mac, we suggest that you try opening Webkinz in a different browser.
If you are not using a Mac and Firefox but are still experiencing difficulty logging on, please let us know in the comments section below which browser and which version of Flash you are using. This information may help us pinpoint the problem.

Have played last time around 2017-2018. When i try to log in, it asks me to update my password, but it fails with message “Failed to validate your credentials”. I wrote to webkinz support a week ago but there is still no answer
I tryed to log in to my webkinz account but its tell me to change my password, then when i try to change my password its tell me “Failed to validate your credentials.” what i can do?

I have the desktop app on Mac and the newest flash player but it says I do not have flash player and won’t let me do anything.

Try uninstalling the Desktop App and then reinstalling it.

hi! my game will only show a w for a second and then to a blue screen, the desktop app does the same, except on the app it shows the top buttons (like mail, setting, etc.). i’ve updated flash, redownloaded the desktop app and have tried using opera, safari, and google chrome. i use mac os catalina, help!
Have you been able to log in normally from a different machine? If not, you may have an account issue. Please send an email to webkinzsupport@ganz.com
I have on mobile, but I don’t know if that counts. On a computer, no. I’ve been able to login, it just shows a blue screen when I do.
The mobile app is a bit different, so I don’t know if that rules out an account issue. Definitely contact webkinzsupport@ganz.com
Mine account is letting me login on the app but not on a browser. Flash is updated, chrome is updated, but when the second window opens it loads for a moment and then a blank blue screen. SOS
Does it work on other browsers? Is Flash enabled on your Chrome? As support for Flash winds down on browsers, they will be making it more and more difficult to use. You may have to stick to the Desktop App.
I can’t log in on the Windows app, but I can log in through the browser. When I try to log in through the app, it never gets past “no update found” & just sits there… help, please & thank you?
And yes, I already updated Flash.

I just tried to log into the webkinz app after getting a new phone and it’s saying my account information was incorrect. I then changed my password at least 6 times and every time it says the same thing. I tried deleting and re-downloading the app and nothing has worked :/
Please contact webkinzsupport@ganz.com for assistance. Please be aware that there is a higher than normal volume of requests, but they’ll get to you as quickly as they can.
I am coming back to webkinz after 4 years. When I tried to login in says sorry, can’t connect to webkinz world. Now, it freezes when I press the login button. What should I do?
