Two New Rare Limited Edition Plush in Webkinz Next!

Just as the Rainbow Unicorn sells out, two more very special pets have emerged from the wild!

Meet the Pinktastic Lion and the Violet Velvet Elephant—our newest rare, limited edition plush pets, available exclusively through sparking in Webkinz Next.

Any time you create a baby in Webkinz Next, there is a chance that you will unlock one of these special pets. And all of them come with the chance to purchase a limited edition plush!

You can improve your odds of sparking a Pinktastic Lion or Violet Velvet Elephant by using sparks from a Pride Lion or Elephant parent. Or use uncommon or rare parents as another way to help your chances.

Remember, when these limited edition pets grow into adults, they do not come with sparks. If you have already purchased one and you spark another, you can choose to create a different baby in its place. The limited edition plush pets are also exclusive to Webkinz Next. They do not include a code for a pet on Webkinz Classic.

These plush are extremely limited in quantity! Head to the adoption center for your chance to add one of these rare babies to your Webkinz family.

Sally Webkinz I could not believe my eyes when I decided to spark babies. I used the Grey Tabby & Moon Bear and shocked when I got the Ultra RARE Violet Velvet Elephant unfortunately it is not allowing me to place in my room. I have got three cribs with no baby inside when trying to place in my room.

      Congratulations bonesbongo! That’s awesome!

You’ll need to email support to have them remove the cribs. I have an issue where my babies will age up and get stuck in their crib. I can get the pets out of their crib by switching to that pet, but then it leaves an empty crib in my room that i cant remove. I have emailed support about this multiple times. Not sure why the cribs glitch so much

I have an AMAZING suggestion. Since the special pets’ traits cannot be passed down, why not just use the genetic attributes of the “base pet” instead? For example, a Rainbow Retriever would function as a basic Golden Retriever in Sparking, but would still be able to Spark babies just fine. For those who aren’t into the special plush, this would make it so MORE people would WANT to try and get these pets!! :D @SallyGanz could you PRETTY PLEASE pass this suggestion along to the people who work on Webkinz Next. <3

I was disappointed to find out that my special retriever can’t spark another pet! I feel like I lost out of getting three extra sparks, and a pet i really didn’t want. At least if I could get sparks with it, it would make it worthwhile.

I hope to spark the Pinktsatic Lion when I spark my Pride Lion with my Rainbow Unicorn in August, my birth month.

What would be even better if the Pinkitastic Lion had a unicorn horn. Now that would ultimate rare find.

Okay, so I see Pinktastic Lion… Must. Have. Pinktastic Lion. I hie off to the estore and…. No Pinktastic Lion. :( Can’t buy one if I can’t find it in the store. :(

That’s because you can only get it if you spark one with diamonds. The rare plush are only available to you if you spark a special baby.

Since a lot of players (including me) are sad that these special pets don’t come with Sparks, I have a suggestion. Since the special pets’ traits cannot be passed down, why not just use the genetic attributes of the “base pet” instead? For example, a Rainbow Retriever would function as a basic Golden Retriever in Sparking, but would still be able to Spark babies just fine. For those who aren’t into the special plush, this would make it less disappointing to Spark a limited edition pet.

This is a fantastic idea! I was pretty bummed when I learned that the limited edition pets didn’t come with any sparks once grown. I sparked my first baby a few days ago and, to my surprise, I got the Fabulous Cow. I was hoping that once it was grown I could spark more pets, but it looks like I’ll either have to buy a plush or save my diamonds to get another pet that actually has sparks, which is really disappointing. I can understand why they don’t allow sparks with the special pets as that would be an unfair advantage, but your idea of having them function as the base pet (in my case it would function as the common cow), it would solve both problems!

Yesterday, to my surprise, I sparked the elephant! I don’t always buy the plush, but had to get this one. My little grand daughter loves the plushies I give her on special occasions and I’m sure this one will make her birthday extra special.

Aw man I just finished sparking 8 pets and did not get one :( Hopefully, I can get one soon. I actually managed to get another pinkalicious pig, the only rare one I have ironically, I turned it down though.

Can you get them now? Look amazing and the lion reminds me of a pokemon shiny
