- There’s a NEW space suit you can collect in Alyssa’s Star Challenge! The next time you see a shooting star, click on it and you might win one of the five new pieces for the Galaxy Suit! This also means (as mentioned in an earlier Webkinz Newz article) that the Golden Solar Suit has now been retired.
- Summer is almost over, so that means it’s time once again for our annual Super School Give-A-Way! Log in to your Webkinz account (on web or mobile) each day from August 14th to September 8th to win a sweet school-themed prize!
- We’re also running a Super School Challenge during those same dates! Complete all of the tasks between August 14th and September 8th and you’ll win a Superintendent Statue, along with a Kinzville Academy Backpack!
- The first item from our player-designed WShop theme addition contest has arrived! Look in the Starry Slumber theme for the NEW Starry Night Telescope!
- The 2017 Wacky Zingoz Celebration returns August 1st to the 12th! Watch for more Wacky fun, including a chance to once again win the Wacky Zingoz 600 Trophy, along with 4 NEW clothing prizes available while playing WackyER Zingoz!
- During the 2017 Wacky Zingoz Celebration, in addition to the Zangoz Orange Fizz, you’ll also be able to collect some NEW Wacky Lemon Fizz! Feeding this fizzy drink to your pet has a chance of awarding this year’s grand prize: a Wacky Soda Machine Fridge!
- Our next Deluxe Day is on August 13th! If you’re a Deluxe Member, you can visit the Today’s Activities schedule for a variety of activities and for a special NEW prize: a Wacky Wind Chime!
- If you love spinning wheels and winning, you’ll be excited to learn that we’ve once again updated the prizes on the Wheel of Wow for web and mobile, along with the Wheel of Deluxe!
- Great news for all of our Adventure Park players! We were able to determine what was causing the issue where people would get stuck on dig tasks. It has now been fixed, so all of your adventures should run much more smoothly!

Wow, such exciting and wonderful news. Thanks for the update, Dr. Quack. I’m thrilled about Adventure Park being fixed. I love going there and felt bad about how often I had to email support because I had dug everything up and still couldn’t get the rope. I actually just stopped going there last month, because I didn’t want to send another email saying I was stuck again. I went today and everything was fixed. Awesome job Ganz. Y’all Rock!
Mr. Mayor, Would you consider bringing back the second Spree roll each day? My pets will sometimes ask to go use the Spree rolls, but I only have one roll.
I also get the pet request to use the Spree rolls (plural). However, if I have just one Spree roll, that is enough to fulfill the request. :-)
Hi, Duckcall–Have you been checking the daily activities? There is usually a bonus roll (sometimes two) on the activities schedule. It’s a great way to “save ” a few rolls for those pet requests. Good luck!
Thanks Pupwolf and ImaPepper. Those things do work, but I would still like to go back to two rolls a day so I can get to the mall faster. :D
I dont think the game will go back to two Spree rolls a day. That was Mayor Cowabelle’s campaign platform a couple years ago. She made it possible to put outdoor decorations in indoor rooms and more flexible decorating, but she took away one Spree roll because of that. Yes, it does take longer to get to the mall, especially with all the cool new prizes. Good Luck!
Oh, awesome! Thank you for fixing the Adventure Park problem! I’ve been meaning to contact customer support or whatever about my one stuck quest, but kept forgetting… for months. Thanks for fixing it! ^-^ That telescope is very cool! Congrats to dinosaurtracker for getting their drawing made into an item! =] Ah, I really love that Ms. Cowaline trophy! I have to get that. xD The Wacky Zingi prozes look great as well! I really need to get on Webkinz.com soon. Thanks for this great update, Ganz!

Ganz, I’m having a problem with the Webkinz Studio: when I click on an old movie to view, it a message reads “No movie saved here” even though there is indeed a movie saved there. Some times (rarely) when I click it the movie works fine, but most of the time it gives me a “no movie saved here” message. I really want to view one of my old movies I made when I was 9! Please address this issue!

Yes, I was surprised that I didn’t have anything to harvest yesterday. I haven’t checked yet today.
Hi qeynos: On my three accounts they have not be reset, wondering if they are going to? Hope they fix them so we can harvest the ones that were ready.
I logged onto Kinz the first time in a few years and… Where is Mazin’ Hamsters?! I’m screamin. Praying Kinz doesn’t head down the Club Penguin route.
Pegasus712 Mazin’Hamsters was shut down a while ago, but they posted about bringing it to Amazing World instead of WW. I miss it too. MazinHamsters was running on an older program that is no longer supported in browsers and it wasn’t something that Ganz / The Webkinz Team could fix, sadly.
Updates sound great! Speaking of Adventure Park… do the backpacks expire or something after they sit in your dock unused for a while? I had 2 orange ones that I hadn’t used yet that just weren’t there one day. Also had one other, but it is still in my dock. Do certain ones have, like, expiration dates? They had been in my dock for a while. Anybody know?
I’ve never heard of adventure back packs expiring, but I guess there’s only one way to find out is to try one. ;-)
