Hoo-hoo Kinzville! It’s me, Dr. Quincy Quack! Your new Mayor, Sophie Stockwell, will be taking over in January, so this will be my last post about what’s new in Webkinz World. Let get started, shall we?
- Christmas is just around the corner! Make sure you visit SantaKinz in the Clubhouse and tell him what you want in your gift box this Christmas! While you’re there, say hello to the lovely Ms. Birdy and each day she’ll give out a prize as part of our Countdown to Christmas! Then don’t forget to log in on Christmas Day to get your gift and to visit the Today’s Activities schedule for a spin on the Super Wheel!
- Right after Christmas, we are running a Bathtub Battles Trophy Challenge! From December 26th until December 31st, complete all of the tasks and you’ll win a Pirate Sheath, along with a NEW Dogbeard’s Bathtub Battles Trophy!
- Once the New Year arrives, so will Winterfest! Our cool winter celebration returns on January 1st, so watch for floating snowflakes to appear! When you click on one, you’ll receive a prize! Winterfest runs until Saturday, January 12th!
- There will also be a Winterfest Challenge running through the entire month of January! Complete all of the tasks and you’ll be rewarded with tons of cool prizes, including a Warm & Cozy Chair and a Chalet Bathtub!
- Starting January 1st, you’ll also find packs of our classic Winterfest Cookies at the WShop and at the Ganz eStore! When you feed the cookies to your pet, you’ll get a prize that’s unique, but matching with this year’s Winterfest floating snowflake prizes!
- Want to host your own wonderful winter party? Pick up one of our Winter Party Packs in the WShop, available only during the month of January!
- The January Deluxe Challenge starts on New Year’s Day, January 1st! Once Deluxe Members complete all of the tasks, they’ll be awarded a Rustic Winter Bridge, along with a Snowy Mitten Cookie!
- Deluxe Members also receive a monthly gift box containing their choice of an item from the exclusive Cozy Condo room theme, a Deluxe Pet Medallion Box (containing 10 random Pet Medallions), and a special piece of clothing that can’t be found anywhere else! January’s Deluxe clothing item is a pair of Frozen Glasses!
- If you love spinning wheels and winning, you’ll be excited to learn that we’ve once again updated the prizes on the Wheel of Wow for web and mobile, along with the Wheel of Deluxe!

Wow, I can’t wait for the New Year in Webkinz World! I can’t wait to see more sneak peaks for what’s coming up, as well as the player appreciation day and what Sophie will bring to the table. I agree with others, I’d like a new Deluxe Room Theme in the Boxes – hopefully soon?!
I can’t get back in to webkinz ? It’s saying, looks like nuts and bolts are tinkering around ? I had no problem this morning. Keeps logging me back out Thank you for fixing the cabin table and bunk bed.

Anybody else having trouble logging in to play? I get a blue screen and nothing. After a delay I get the “you will now be logged out…”
Yes. I was in and it crashed and haven’t been able to log back in.
yes on all accounts. does this mean we wont get to see Ms Birdy & then wont get the big gift at the end? we cant afford epoints etc. we arent able to go shopping this christmas. so this is the Joy this christmas…

I got in and it was extremely slow. I emptied my cache – same result. Rebooted the computer – now I cannot get back in. I’m going to miss today’s prizes!
Welp, this is exactly why I came back by. To see if it was a Thing for anyone else. This is impacting my chance for puppy medallions big-time, hope it’s fixed soon!
Earlier I did get in. I think may just be making a few more last minute updates, like maybe putting giftboxes on every game in the arcade or taking the giftboxes off now that every game awards medallions.

I get the same message on mobile and the desktop site, really hope it will be up again before the day ends as I haven’t gotten the countdown prize for today yet.
I’m having trouble logging into Webkinz on a few of my accounts. It keeps telling me the Nuts and Bolts message and that I will be logged out or it just won’t load.
And when I do get logged in, it logs me out shortly after.

YAY!!!!! The January deluxe prizes definitely make up for the lackluster Dec prizes!

This is bittersweet. While I am looking forward to Winterfest as I always do, it’s hard to say goodbye to you, Dr Q. I have enjoyed every one of your updates & messages these past two years. Now it’s going to be all Sophie, all the time, between messages & updates plus all the estore advertising articles, “Sophie’s Favorites” etc etc…..sigh. I hope that you & Ms Birdy will be Snow Birds and fly off to somewhere warm & beautiful after New Years. Enjoy your retirement! It looks like Winterfest is going to be really fun this year. The only letdown for me in this update is in the Deluxe monthly gift box. Deluxe members are still getting yet another Cozy Condo box? It’s so time for a new Deluxe gift box theme!!! Perhaps you could pass that on to the Powers That Be before you leave office, Dr. Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays, you are going to be greatly missed here, dear Dr Quack.
January’s Deluxe challenge prize is something I will definitely use. I love the winter version of the Rustic Bridge, perfect with the new winter creek tiles.
Not sure where to post this at, but I just got on my account and saw that the Christmas Cabin Bunk Bed has been fixed so that two pets can sleep on it now. Thank you so much Webkinz team for this! Now I can get rid of the extra beds I bought, LOL! DogsCats101
