Update #363: What’s New!

 

Eureka! Hello Kinzville, it’s your new mayor, Goober! Looks like it’s time once again to tell you all about what’s new and exciting in Webkinz Classic for the next few weeks! Let’s check it out:

 

 

• The next time you visit the schoolyard during recess, look for two new prizes that have been added to the Merry-Go-Round: the Cozy Dorm Bunk Bed and the Study Session Desk! To make room for these new prizes, the Classroom Window and the Superintendent Portrait have been retired.

 

 

• You can also look for new Recess prizes playing in the Buried Treasure sandbox! You might just find several of the NEW 2024 Super School Giveaway prizes!

 

 

• The Wacky Zingoz Celebration returns from Thursday, August 1st, until Friday, August 12th! During those dates, look for a Wacky Ice Cream Cone to float across your screen. Click on it to collect one. Each time you feed your pet a Wacky Ice Cream Cone, there’s a chance you’ll receive this year’s GRAND PRIZE: a Wacky Ice Cream Truck Fridge!

 

 

• When you play WackyER Zingoz during the celebration and get over 11,500 points, you’ll win some cool prizes, including the returning Wacky Tea Set, or one of the NEW prizes: a Wacky Action Figure, a Wacky Hoverboard, or a Wacky Tropical Plant!

 

 

• Also during the Wacky Zingoz Celebration, when you play Wacky Zingoz in the Arcade and hit Wacky over 600 feet, you’ll win a Super Slugger 600 Trophy!

 

 

• The Deluxe monthly challenge for August starts on THURSDAY, AUGUST 1ST! If Deluxe Members complete all the tasks before the end of August, they’ll receive a Scrambled Omelet, along with a NEW Peaceful Reading Spot!

 

 

• The August WShop challenge also starts on THURSDAY, AUGUST 1ST! If you complete all the tasks before the end of August, you’ll receive a Best Friends Poster, along with a NEW Sweet 16 Closet!

 

 

• There’s a new Checkers Arcade Challenge starting on Monday, August 5th! If you complete all the tasks in this challenge before Sunday, August 25th, you’ll receive a Checkers in-room game and a NEW Checkers Throne!

 

 

• We’re having another tea party in Kinzville! Starting on Tuesday, August 13th, and running until Monday, August 19th, look for the floating teacup to appear on your screen. Click on it to collect a variety of NEW tea party chairs, tea party tables, and tea party tea sets!

 

 

• Our next Player Appreciation Day for Webkinz Classic AND Webkinz Next is on Thursday, August 15th! On that day, log in to your Webkinz Classic account on the desktop app and visit Today’s Activities to receive your special prize for August: A Sunflower Table! On Webkinz Next, look for the prize notification in your Message Center at the top right corner of the screen. PLEASE NOTE, this month’s prize CANNOT be traded, sent, and sold on Webkinz Classic.

 

 

• August’s Deluxe Day is on Friday, August 16th! When the day arrives, just visit the Today’s Activities schedule on the Webkinz Classic desktop app to get your special prize for August: A Wacky Zingoz Swing!

 

 

• Our 2024 Super School Giveaway runs from Tuesday, August 20th, until Tuesday, September 10th! Each day you log in to Webkinz Classic, you’ll receive a back-to-school themed prize, including new and returning school essentials, including some sensational NEW Academy team prizes

 

 

• As part of this year’s Super School event, we’re adding the Catch the School Bus event to Webkinz Newz! From Tuesday, August 20th, until Tuesday, September 10th, look for the floating school bus to appear across your screen. When you click on it each day, you’ll receive a Swim Team Giftbox. Inside you’ll find a returning Swim Team clothing prize!

 

 

• There’s also a returning Tulip Trouble Trophy Challenge starting on Monday, August 26th! If you complete all the tasks in this challenge before Sunday, September 15th, you’ll receive Lovely Tulip Centerpiece, along with a Tulip Trouble Trophy!

 

 

• In August, Deluxe Members will receive their monthly gift box containing a Deluxe Medallion Gift Box filled with pet medallions, the Farm Fresh Theme Gift Box which you can use to choose an item from the Farm Fresh room theme, a Wish Token—and of course—the month’s special clothing prize: a Rosy Top!

 

 

• If you’ve adopted a Pomsky from the Ganz eStore, collect a FREE Trendsetter ?? Box from the Today’s Activities schedule (desktop app only) on Saturday, August 10th and Sunday, August 11th! Inside you’ll find something special from the Ganz eStore’s Trendsetter theme!

 

 

• If your pet really wants something special, make sure you drop by the Kinzville Park (desktop app only) on Saturday, August 17th and Sunday, August 18th! Look for the Trendsetter Jelly Drops Tree in the park and then click on it to collect some Raspberry Guava Jelly Drops each day! If your pet still craves this tasty treat, you can pick up your own Trendsetter Jelly Drops Tree at the Ganz eStore!

 

 

• We are also running another Bake Sale 1 event in the Webkinz Classic Kinzville Park starting TODAY. The Bake Sale 1 Stand will continue to appear whenever there are no other events on in the Kinzville Park until August 27th! Visit the Kinzville Park each day to look for the stand each day and if you see it, click on it to get your gift box. Inside you’ll find a random baked good which you can either feed to your pet, or you can use it in a stove recipe to create a special prize! You can find all the recipes in the Bake Sale 1 Cookbook, available in the “Books” section of the WShop, under “Fun Stuff”.

 

 

• We’ve updated our prize wheels, and once again, there’s a NEW item to be won on the Wheel of Wow AND the mobile Wheel of WOW! You have until August 27th to spin and win a NEW Martial Arts Belt Display! We also have some returning prizes on the Wheel of Deluxe, and the Vacation Wheel!
