Adobe recently released an update to Flash. If your Flash Player updated automatically, you may be experiencing issues with logging in. Please ensure that the Flash player has been allowed by your browser, as it may have been turned off.

It’s the moving ads that cause the crash. I thought there was a way to turn those off but am unable to find it. Even typing this is taking a super long time because of the ad running at the top of the screen. Very frustrating. Makes Webkinz boring for the kids & they give up.
When will the ganz sites discontinue using Flash? It seems like it’s time.
It sounds like the only way they work is with Flash. So when they quit Flash is probably when they disappear altogether. No, it’s not time for that.
I hope they’re updating to HTML5, since Unity is gone from Chrome and Flash is getting outdated, too.
Funny thing, Google Chrome turned it off, but Firefox didn’t, so I knew it was up-to-date, just acting wonky. I had remembered you posting how to turn on flash player and it really helped. Thank you!
Yes, thanks for the reminder–we run Safari, which no longer supports Adobe Flash; so we have to enable it manually whenever Safari disables it–or switch to another browser.
