I typed in what I thought were the right codes several times but it refused and eventually locked me out of the code shop for the day… both with the community challenge and the treasure hunt prizes. I might have typed one of the codes in wrong, but I’m fairly sure I got the other one perfect in the code shop… so what’s going on?
I completed the treasure hunt, I put in the code correctly and it says I cannot use it, I don’t have the car in my dock at all, where is it or how do I get it since the code didn’t work?
Please check the code again. You might want to copy and paste the code instead of typing it.
I got it to work but I copied and pasted, I had typed it out so carefully, but, I did get the code to work today.
I found all the sets of digits for the clue but when I put the code in at the Code Shop it told me that code does not exist. I did the treasure hunt a second time to check that I had the code correct (which I did) but it still keeps telling me the code does not exist. Is there a problem with the code?
The code is working — please try copying and pasting the parts and make sure they are in the correct order.
Thanks Sally but it was my own doing. Even though I was reading the directions right I still wrote them in the order I found them. Now I feel dumb! LOL
help i found all the codes but it says code has allready been used. cookies deleted and computer resstarted
Please make sure you are entering the code in the correct order. You may want to copy and paste the pieces in rather than typing them.
i dont get it – i looked in both clothing sections and I do not see a code anywhere
I completed the entire task and got all 4 pieces of the code, but when I entered it, I got a message saying it had already been used. I wrote it down right. I have no car in my dock. =(
Nevermind, I figured it out. The order of the first and second codes had to be reversed. I claimed the go cart! Thanks!!
Please ensure that the code is in the correct order. The clues will tell you where each part goes.
I got the full code but it took me to the page where i redeem the prize by logging into webkinz world and now i can’t find the code anymore.
If you do the Treasure Hunt again, it will show you the code sections again. Please copy them somewhere.

It gives the 4th clue which is the 3rd part of the code, I click on continue and it just keeps taking me back to the main page without showing another clue to get the last part of the code. :(
You’ll need to find that last page to complete the treasure hunt, which will then give you the final piece of the code.
I had the same problem – I even solved to number four and have twelve of the sixteen digits. When it gives you the Trendz clue, it doesn’t give you the third part of the code.
3 of the 4 clues contain parts of the code. The 4th part of the code is revealed when you complete the Treasure Hunt.
But it doesn’t give me the next clue to tell me where to look for the last part of the code. When I click on the continue to button it keeps taking me back to the main page over and over again.
Finally got it!!!
You do not need to click Continue. The last sentence is always the clue for where to find the next part of the code.
When you click Continue it takes you back to the main page because all the clues lead back to the different reports.
I have a problem – the only codes I got is W24W …. and then it went back to W24W and it might be mix up. Help me!!!
The final block of the code is shown when you finish the Treasure Hunt.
You’ll have to complete the Treasure Hunt to get all the parts of the code. If you think you’ve solved a clue and it’s not working, delete your cookies and start over.
That code is not in the correct order. The clues tell you what part of the code each segment is. If you put it in the wrong order, it will not work.
I have a problem – I got 2 of codes and when I went in to get the third code it went back to the first code and can’t go any further. Please help!
I’m having the same problems. My cashe is empty, my browser is updated and I use chrome,firefox,internet explorer. You can see I’ve tried after 10:45a.m. What is up with this not working for so many of us? I’ve sent a message to customer service, so don’t tell me to contact them!
Have you tried deleting cookies? Not clearing the cache — the cookies must be deleted.
Same as my brother and sister none of us got this Go Kart, we done this search on 3 different computers, with cleaned history, different browsers, with all 4X4 codes did not get this kart, no matter what we did! Please help!
Please make sure that you are entering the codes in the correct order. The Go-Kart is not automatically added to your account — you will have to enter them at the Code Shop.
You have the code in the wrong order. Do the Treasure Hunt again and look for where it tells you where each code chunk belongs.
Well it is about 4 hours later and I am not any closer to finding the clues. I tried going to the Trendz area and no number showed up after your clue for that page. I’m getting a little upset over a silly car that is red for the suit!!! I have last year pink car and guess I have to settle for the old pink one from last year. Yes Sally from my earlier post I had also cleaned out cookies as I just did before this post.
Did the final clue appear? Three of the four clues have parts of the Community Code. The fourth does not, but once you find the last page it points to and finish the Treasure Hunt, the final set of the code is revealed.
