Before an animator created one of the music videos that you can watch in the Music Starz section of Webkinz, an artist first created a storyboard for the video. A storyboard is a series of drawings that are used to show the sequence of scenes planned for a video. This gives the animator a visual script to work from when creating the actual video.
Take a look at some of the panels from the “Koala Holiday” storyboard compared to actual frames from the music video. In this video, a Webkinz Koala and Tree Kangaroo try to find a way to go on vacation.

Ha ha, so cute! The storyboard was rather intriguing. It is amazing to see how different, yet how similar the storyboard looked from the actual video. I don’t think I could be a storyboard artist, mainly because I’m not a huge fan of drawing pictures like that. I could be writer for the music or the storyline of the video though! ***MidnightQueen***
I would draw pictures like that in a heartbeat. That would be so fun, to have your pictures come to life like that. Of course, that would take a lot of work, but it would be rewarding nonetheless!

I almost bought a lil kinzone, and then I bought an elephant instead. I wish I bought both now though, because I can’t find her in the stores!!! :( Anyone here know of a store that has Lil’ kinz koalas, possibly on sale…..lol. :)

prprprp do you have a carlton cards store near you i have a carlton cards store near me i was in there yesterday and they webkinz on sale for $1.99
That’s the best sale I have heard of oats34WK! One the cheapest I have seen is $3.00 and that was at Tuesday Morning. The Tuesday Morning near me that was only a 10 minute drive from here closed down last month. I hope I see a sale like that again soon. I have seen a Christmas sale on lil’Kinz for only $2.50 each and it was at Walgreens but that was 2 or 3 years ago.

I got my lilkinz Koala at Hallmark. Though the one near me doesnt sell webkinz anymore =[ its sad.. I’ve never heard of Tuesday Morning either. I would try looking online with Ebay or Amazing like MidnightQueen said. I put a link there for a Lilkinz Koala for $6 off of Amazon.

Yeah, that’s where I first saw the koala, and where I ended up buying my elephant instead. Carlton Cards near us had been having that sale for the longes time, and then suddenly they changed it to 4.99 for one, and you can get another free, and they didn’t have a koala. :( But I’ll check again. :) Thanks oats34WK! :)

I love the koala holiday video! It’s one of my favorite Webkinz Music Videos! I also love the drawings, too! I don’t know why, but I love the part when they’re at the car wash and instead of washing the car, they start dancing. Then the guy in the car gets angry and leaves, and then the kangaroo was surprised that he didn’t get paid. LOL! ;)
