These events are going to be so much fun! To anyone who hasn’t joined in on Webkinz Next, I was a big NO fan. I went on a few times and didn’t like it. Well, I saw so many good comments, I decided to go back with an open mind. Now I’m a big fan. I still play Webkinz Classic daily as that is where it all began so many years ago, but Webkinz Next has a lot of fun to offer. I really like playing the Arcade games there. Sparking babies is something that is super fun. So, if you are on the fence give it a try, or another try. Thanks Webkinz for making two really great games.

I understand the Daily Deal in the e-store was on hold through Black Friday. Since that was last week, why are there no Daily Deals for this week?
Where is the daily activity on the Today’s Activities List for the Flower Frog, November’s Pet of the Month? Since the wheel prizes were updated, there is a daily activity for December’s Pet of the Month, but nothing for this month’s Pet of the Month. Flower Frog owners deserve their special daily activity each day for the entire month of November. Can this be made right somehow? Comments from other players, especially other Flower Frog owners would be appreciated.
I am really upset. I just finished a marathon game of Goober’s Lab in the Tournament arena in Classic. I scored 325,796. Yes. You read that right. The KinzCash to be awarded was over 1,800. When I finished the game at 9:05 tonight, Wed. 11/29/2023, I got a message that my score was above the reasonable maximum score for this game so my score would NOT be entered in the Tournament and I would NOT receive ANY KinzCash. I played the game fair and square. I wouldn’t know the first thing about how to cheat. If that is even possible. I am very upset to have reached this personal best score and yet be robbed of any recognition or KinzCash for my excellent play. Why did this happen? Is it right for this to happen? Would you be upset if it happened to you? Please comment and thank you for your time.
I know how you feel. The same exact thing happened to me on Home Before Dark. I was in SHOCK! I have not played the game since. I even had another family member do the challenge for it/ I really liked that game, too. But, if I go to play it again, the angry feelings come back. I am still mad about it!!
BH1464 I want to start off and say you are a great Goober’s Lab player and i see your daily score on all the time. I did once see a player blu with Quaker that used to have a score of 299,975 something like that, so i was expecting that the max score could have been 300,000.
Also i watched a player gif play Home Before Dark and they reached the score limit. I played Leaping Llama two and half years ago and got 299,225, but failed to reach 300,000, which probably was the max score, so alot of games have max out scores and it’s frustrating to play all time and get nothing out of it. I believe one day you will get on the overall scoring list.
This gets even worse. My score was listed in the Tournament Arena, but as “0″ listing me as the 30th player in the Tournament, but with a total score of zero. How completely embarrassing. If this had to happen, I’m glad it happened to an adult and not to a child. What if the child already had self-esteem issues? I guess I’m not surprised that there is no response from Ganz/Webkinz.
Can you contact customer service or help and have them review your logs?
I just want to thank snugup9, caseyspacey & Sollace for your comments and acknowledgement. I really do appreciate your input. Goobers Lab is really the only game I can play well. I used to play a lot of Atlantiles until they cut the KinzCash winnings by more than 1/2. I don’t usually have much time to play to earn KinzCash and do not enjoy playing games that stress me out because I do not understand how to play them. I’m a senior citizen and have not had much experience with video games. The only one I could ever really play was Original Pac-Man. I have vision issues which make action games very difficult. This really limits the games I’m even able to play on Webkinz Classic and/or Next.
So we are not getting Candy Cane collection in Classic? I thought we were getting both thanksgiving and Christmas. Classic get slighted again.
The Candy Cane collection was replaced by the Pumpkin Pie collection. This was announced with the update in October: https://webkinznewz.ganzworld.com/announcements/update-353-whats-new/ “In place of running our Candy Cane Collection Event in December, we will instead be running a NEW Pumpkin Pie Collection Event throughout the month of November!”
@dar2001 – I agree with you! I did NOT care for most of the prizes in the Pumpkin Pie collection. I think it was a poor replacement for the Candy Cane collection. The prizes had nothing to do with Pumpkins/Halloween/Thanksgiving/Fall…whatever! Some of the prizes were nice, like the old fashioned phone, but they had nothing to do with a Pumpkin Pie Theme. Webkinz Team/Ganz…PLEASE bring back the Candy Cane Collection next year! Have a Halloween Collection, or even just a Fall themed collection, but WE would LOVE to have the Candy Cane Collection back on Classic! Thank you!
Come on guys…seriously? Just because you don’t like the Pumpkin Pie prizes doesn’t mean other people dislike them too. This was a great change. We have tons of Christmas items, plus we get an entirely new theme in December. Almost nothing fall-ish as I’m sure we may have in future Pumpkin Pie collection events. Most of our fall items are either for Halloween or they’re only Estore. This year’s prizes were very nice and I loved the antique items. This is getting out of hand and totally ridiculous. I get that not everyone may agree with this change–that’s fine! But it’s absurd for people to loudly complain about it like the world is ending or as if Classic was ending.

I don’t think anyone here is “loudly complaining.” Webkinz wants to hear people’s views. How do they know what prizes and events to have in the future if people don’t voice their comments? Instead of receiving a bunch of individual emails, people can comment here and then others can agree or disagree. And, when you like or don’t like something, you can see that other people agree with you. This is the perfect place to speak up.
PLEASE NOTE: The “Candy Cane Collection” Is For Webkinz Next ONLY! It seems kinda strange and stupid that you guys at ganz can have this event on Next but NOT on Classic despite the fact that this event Started On Webkinz CLASSIC. >:-(
Classic had its collection event moved to November, as there is already a large number of concurrent events for Classic in December.
I understand that but I just hope going forward starting 2024 and beyond that the candy cane collection will be in BOTH Webkinz Classic and Webkinz Next and the pumpkin pie event will be GONE FOREVER! NOBODY Liked the Lame prizes on the pie collection AND There is no floating pie so please just do the candy cane collection in 2024 and beyond and NEVER EVER Do the pie collection again. Thank you.
Thank you for your feedback, but right now there are no plans to bring the candy cane collection event back to Classic while there are so many other simultaneous Christmas events.
Speak for yourself! My Iittle one and loved the prizes for the Pumpkin Pie Collection! They’re very versatile and can mix and match with lots of different room themes.
I agree! I like the versatile items, and thought the timing in November made a lot of sense. There are enough events in December to enjoy.
I liked the prizes on classic for the pie collection. I also thought it was nice to have it in November because there are tons of events on classic in December. Both months are super busy in real life, so I am glad I can still participate and not miss out on events!

@Sally – Well, I hope you will bring back the “Candy Cane Collection” for Webkinz CLASSIC next year! We want “Christmas” prizes, not the November “Pumpkin Pie Collection Event” that had NOTHING to do with Christmas! :-(
The event was moved and changed because December is already filled to the brim with Christmas related events on Webkinz Classic.
There’s already so much going on during Christmastime in real life, another event to the plate in December on a virtual pet game when there’s already so much to collect to begin with would be a bit too much.
And thank you for moving it. It can be hard to keep up with everything for December and there wasn’t as much going on in November, so it made it nice.
Seriously? There’s 14 listed events in the picture, and of those, NINE are for Classic only. But ONE Next event drives you to leave an angry comment??? It really makes no sense.
Agreed. I don’t think Classic players realize how lucky they are and how much more they get than Next players.
We get a lot more than what we think we do in Classic. Next gets a lot of the ‘bigger’ stuff because it’s a newer game, but it still really has hardly many major features at all.
I think that person is responding to the change. Webkinz has had the Christmas collection for years. We always got cute Christmas themed items to add to the currect Christmas theme. The people here are just voicing their opinion. I don’t see any “angry comment.” Perhaps, you are reading it incorrectly or putting more emotion to it than was intended by the writer. Seems everyone everywhere is ready to judge people and view everything as so extreme.
I’m definitely going to miss this on classic! I loved collecting Christmas themed items much more than those ugly Thanksgiving items for the pie collection

Really folks? Is this really worth getting super upset over? I loved the Pumpkin Pie event and the prizes. We hardly get much of anything for November. Even the stores pretty much skip Thanksgiving and jump straight to Christmas.
I totally agree. There’s hardly any fall items and a TON of christmas items. I loved the prizes. They worked with so many of my rooms, and really elevated my antique room in particular. Plus it’s not really a competition between next and classic is it? For those of us that play both games, it’s nice to be able to focus on one collection at a time.
