Webkinz Login Issues

Due to recent changes in Webkinz World, some players are currently experiencing problems while logging into the game. If this issue is affecting you, please clear your cache, close and restart your browser and then try logging in again. This should help most players. If you have had this issue, please email us at webkinzsupport@ganz.com and let us know if you were able to solve the issue or not.

 

Note that this issue is affecting all browsers and is not directly related to Flash, so updating your Flash Player will not help. We are currently hard at work dealing with the root problem, and we have implemented our first attempt at a solution. We will be watching this closely over the next two days to see if the issue is improved.

 

We sincerely apologize to all of our players for any inconvenience that these problems have caused.

    I can log in but right now sometimes my screen just goes blue and I can’t do a thing.

    Thank you for working on this. It’s not just login issues, it’s also a very persistent “plug-in” error and “cannot connect” error while playing at the Curio Shop, Rooms, Clubhouse, Goober’s Atomic Adventure game, and others. Tried different browsers, clearing cache, and so on – but nothing helps. Please fix this as well. Thank you so much.

      Webkinz Newz really helps because I can always come on here and find out that I am not the only one. I kept worrying that there was something wrong with our computer. Good luck with the tech stuff Ganz.

    Hi i reported this issue immediately after update, but (knock wood) i thought you had fixed it as is now working & i did none of those things advised, just gave W a little time to realize it was indeed an issue. thanks, k.
