Webkinz Login Issues

Due to recent changes in Webkinz World, some players are currently experiencing problems while logging into the game. If this issue is affecting you, please clear your cache, close and restart your browser and then try logging in again. This should help most players. If you have had this issue, please email us at webkinzsupport@ganz.com and let us know if you were able to solve the issue or not.

 

Note that this issue is affecting all browsers and is not directly related to Flash, so updating your Flash Player will not help. We are currently hard at work dealing with the root problem, and we have implemented our first attempt at a solution. We will be watching this closely over the next two days to see if the issue is improved.

 

We sincerely apologize to all of our players for any inconvenience that these problems have caused.

    Hi Sally. I was having so many problems logging on and staying on with Safari. Flash stopped. Told me to update. Only for problems to repeat. I literally could do nothing. It was very frustrating. This went on for about 3 weeks. I finally made the decision to use Chrome and so far (fingers crossed) I am happy playing again. I have been using Chrome for about 2 weeks. I’ve done all those things you suggested but I could give Safari another try seeing if anything is fixed. Thanks for your help with this issue.

    On Chrome, getting blue screen whenever I go to Arte’s I have had to log [X] out and log back in. Also, if the phone, mail and messages become unusable you don’t get any more flying cars.

    I figured out a solution to the problem as well, because it was taking me to a login screen that looked as if I had hit F12. I started the Task Manager, ended the script running, then tried it again, and it worked as it previously had been working. Try this solution if you’d like while Webkinz fixes the problem!

    “Updating your Flash player will not help” That’s kinda funny, because updating my flash player was the only reason WW started working for me! Before, it told me I needed a higher level of flash player; it wouldn’t let me log on at all. As a result, I missed so many important events… :(

    my browser has disabled my flash player a few times now over the past couple weeks. I have to click to enable an just sign back in on chrome.

    Is there any way to make prizes lost because of not being able to log in avalible to those who lost out. Deluxe day Wheels of the Month are special to Deluxe members and others not deluxe. Missing some special rewards just hurt folks . MAYBE if EVEN IF you can’t log on A DELUXE ITEM is ADDED TO THE DOCK ;) !! WHEELS OF THE MONTH can be saved (yes rewards change) BUT IF WE COULD SAVE spins like in SPREE !!;) MAYBE it will hurt a LITTLE LESS. Some deal with tornadoes and can’t log on. Others have vacations or different natural disasters ! YOU have FINALLY STARTED to listen to us telling us WHAT WILL RETIRE ! WHAT A GOOD THING FINALLY !! Now make this site and game USER FRIENDLY TRULY USER FRIENDLY !! THANK YOU FOR GROWING UP . CHANGE is good for you also LIKE SUMMER make no times let us do everything when we can !! SAVE super Spins and Deluxe item added for us or others on vacations. IMAGINE A GAME WITH LITTLE OR NO PAIN !!!

      I agree but maybe it is a little unfair. Lets say someone signed up and just let the game sit. The person racks up all those uses. Compare that to someone who plays everyday. Is it really fair for the person who is not dedicated to the game gets free plays without playing?

    My FireFox is UNUSABLE ! I get a white screen with a green w nothing loads what a mess !!

    it is always telling me to udate my flash player. It is updated to the highest level. I still have the problem.

      If you have updated your Flash and get a notice to update it, that means your browser has disabled the Flash plug-in. You will need to enable Flash for the site to work.
