Due to recent changes in Webkinz World, some players are currently experiencing problems while logging into the game. If this issue is affecting you, please clear your cache, close and restart your browser and then try logging in again. This should help most players. If you have had this issue, please email us at webkinzsupport@ganz.com and let us know if you were able to solve the issue or not.
Note that this issue is affecting all browsers and is not directly related to Flash, so updating your Flash Player will not help. We are currently hard at work dealing with the root problem, and we have implemented our first attempt at a solution. We will be watching this closely over the next two days to see if the issue is improved.

When I logged in today there was a message about a gift as a result of the log in issues but there was no picture of what the gift is–was there a gift and if so what is it? Thanks

I was excited to see we would be rewarded for our patience. Only there was no gift, if so it did not so what we received. The picture on the login showed only a tan square which did nothing. Help. More patience needed!.
Same thing happened, but saw a new spring clothing mystery bag in my dock! That’s the prize!!
I have had this problem several times; very annoying.
I have been having the issue of being logged out with the mobile app for awhile now. I basically only use the mobile app to play Goobers Atomic Adventure and at the end of one game it will say it can’t connect to Webkinz and log me out – does the same thing thing when I play on my computer. Can you please fix?
This may not be in regard to this topic, but I have been having problems with filling the Family Score Hearts. I make sure that all my pets have full hearts, however, when I go back the next day, all of my pets are at 56/100. This is usually the case if you miss a day, but I have not missed a day. I have 24 pets & was only able to fill 7 hearts. Very disappointing when I have been taking the time to make sure my hearts are full each day. Any help you can give me on this, I would appreciate.

I have also had to click to enable flash on Chrome but then everything works fine. However, I’ve been having trouble on the mobile app. It keeps logging me out making it impossible to do anything. :( This has just started happening . Maybe it’s part of the same issue?
