While the Aztec theme has been available in the Webkinz Classic Curio Shop for many years, we decided when we brought it to Webkinz Next we would give it a big design update! These items have been completely re-imagined with new colors and new designs, so it is a whole new theme based on the amazing ancient culture of the Aztec!
Rare room theme items can only be purchased for KinzCash in the Curio Shop. Amanda Panda’s stock in the Curio Shop is refreshed every 3 hours. You’ll know a rare is available when you walk in and see the doorway behind the counter glowing.
If you want to add these rare items to your Webkinz Classic account, send them from your connected Webkinz Next account! Once you’ve picked one up from the Webkinz Next Curio Shop, select the Webkinz moving truck icon and any item in your Dock that can be sent to Webkinz Classic will appear activated!

Can someone please tell me what I am doing wrong? I purchased the Art Nouveau Cabinet. The description says decorations can be placed on the shelves. When I try to place a decoration, I get a message saying, “This object does not have slots!” What does this mean and what are slots?
I had the same problem. The cabinet is definitely meant to hold something because when you click on it, some shelves appear…but you can’t put a food item or placeable item or piece of clothing inside.
I am sorry you are having the same problem with the cabinet. Mine still isn’t working properly.
Does anyone know how often rare items show up in Webkinz Next?
I don’t know, but the selection of items for sale in the Curio Shop changes every 3 hours.
I search the Curio Shop every 3 hours throughout the day and have never seen the bed yet. Has it been in the Curio Shop? Anyone know how much it cost so I can have a rough idea of what to save? I still need the stove, refrigerator, bed and a couple of totems. The bed, stove and refrigerator are my main concerns right now so price is always nice to know.

Thanks for the post, cakis! You have helped to solidify my resolve to continue to not buy any of the items from this theme. The grand total of all of the items listed comes to 85,255 KC (if you only want one of each item). I have been playing Next on my main account for over a year, and I am struggling to have 20,000 KC. Hopefully as more things are developed on Next, (like the Academy!) it will be easier for us to earn more KC. I feel like this particular theme is out of reach for most players. If I can ever afford it, I would love to be able to send some pieces back to my Classic account.
I think the Victorian bed was 12k-18k, it’s been a while, but I know it was a lot! Plant lots of crops now :) I’m hoping the Aztec bed comes around soon!

Same I check every 3 hours and have never seen the bed, flooring, one of the chair styles or the stove.

It looks quite nifty but for me, it will depend on whether or not Ganz charges Webkinz Dollarz in Next or gems.

how (if i may ask please) can you possibly have lots of KC in NEXT?? (I keep my classic account @ one million KC by selling things every time i am there–IF ONLY i could share it with my NEXT account, but i am forever scrambling to get cash there. (i have only one pet here–but i will someday have 1000 pets on classic & just don’t want to go that direction again… hard to give them all my attention…. ;) best, k.
A great way to earn Kinzcash in Next is to buy crops and sell them at the Market every Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday. The money piles up!
I’d love to see the rare Victorian Garden theme from classic on next. I think it would compliment the Victorian mansion theme beautifully and the theme is versatile enough that even just purchasing a few of the items instead of the whole theme would spruce up our yards and give us a chance to have cute little fountains in our gardens for our pets to enjoy. Also, the Victorian mansion dining chairs are very rarely in the curio shop so hopefully we start to see them in rotation more often!
Oh, and please consider providing the rest of the friendly froggy theme for us is the w-shop! I’d be so happy to have a complete room and it would be nice for everyone who has frog pets to have a cute little room theme of their own.
Wow I made this comment first thing this morning and I just took a break from housework and saw the Victorian Mansion dining chair in there. You guys are the best!
I play every day and the rare item is NEVER to be found. Please mix up the times it shows up. I work durn the day.
