Vacations is such an amazing feature! I love it!! The Webkinz Team truly outdid themselves with the gorgeous scenery, the relaxing the boat ride, the fun fishing, swimming, and the yummy restaurant. I love that my pets can buy souvenirs and we can take a family photo of our trip. Awesome!! Great job, Webkinz!
I did not get my all my tickets back. I had over 6000 now I have 200 after playing games. Also having the same problem with family score not tracking properly and in harvesting I have to click to accept the soil again. Thank you so much for hearing us and working on our issues. :)
It should have returned your ticket amounts to what it was before the release. If it didn’t please email webkinzsupport@ganz.com with your WW info so they can investigate.
Mine, either. I had about 9500 before the update, then 100, and now 150. I appreciate the offer to email Ganz, but I just wish my tickets were automatically restored.
They ran a script to return everyone’s arcade tickets back to the amount it was before the update. If that didn’t work on your specific account, they’ll have to look into it further. My ~8000 tickets were returned.
