This is a nice addition to Webkinz Next. The fishing game on the boat is fun. It’s funny how your pets chat with each other while they eat with each other, and I like how more than one pet can go on Vacation.
i have this problem too. All but 100 of my game tickets went missing also.
I can’t wait to try this feature! Today I received family score points for filling a pets’ heart however my vacation score towards my ticket did not raise. And one other question that hopefully someone can answer. I had the maximum number of arcade tickets which I believe was 9,999. Today I have 100. Did something change? I also noticed after playing a game that I did not receive any tickets. Thx in advance for any answers!
Ok, I’ve tried it twice…the things that last the longest – fishing (10 minutes clicking for one fish – carpel tunnel) – should take less time and the thing that should last longer is dinner! It seemed to be very rushed. I was also surprised that paying diamonds for vacation, didn’t have better souvenirs – it was just the same items and same drinks in the cabana. I did get to bring home a food with the Diamond paid vacation, but in my eyes 30 diamonds is a lot for just a food – save your diamonds and wear your wrist brace when you go on vacation :)
Absolutely wear a wrist brace for fishing haha! I had to let all 3 of my fish go because it got too painful for my connective tissue disorder.
Thank you for this exciting new feature! It was really fun and the design team went above and beyond. It is very reminiscent of Amazing World, which I know a lot of us players loved and miss so much. I appreciate the fact that you can earn a free vacation by completing pet requests too! That’s a nice incentive to get players to linger longer and see all the cool features Next has to offer!
My Arcade tickets are also down to 100 from 9,99. I tried to go on vacation, the meter did not show enough family points even though I had earned over 200 points. What is going on? Help!
I also earned more than 100 family score points in my one day/session, but the meter showed me with not even half enough to go. Both accounts had the same result.
I just went on vacation yesterday and it was amazing! I really loved being able to walk with my pets on the island and being able to purchase souvenirs, a drink, and a meal for my pets was wonderful. I also cannot believe how much of a variety there is in aquatic life for fishing and I can’t wait to get them all. The only thing I’m a bit sad about is that after I went on vacation, I couldn’t play any games in the arcade because it wouldn’t let me go on the arcade machine. I really hope this gets fixed, but otherwise, I really love the new update!
I had trouble getting on an arcade machine – not the first time I tried it during the session, but after that. I never went on vacation. Also, I notice that the navigation area in the lower left corner does not show up when I am in the curio shop. I have to go through the door in order for it to show up.
Yes, I am also unable to hop onto any arcade machines at the moment.

Mine too.. the ticket to right on the vacation it wont let me go there, how much is the one to right? i got middle because it wont let me go to the right. Cost like 2000. i did get the auarium, can u get more than one in acct. ?Thanks oh the growing plants went back to u have to click and do dirt again.
The free Family Score ticket kicks in when you’ve earned 100 Family Score.
I’m not sure it’s working. I have a very high family score and I get about 200 or more points a day but I still don’t have enough family points for a ticket?
Same thing here. I got 30 points in the meter, but earned 200 points in the game.
The family score isn’t working for me either. A lot of the tasks that add to my family score are not working on the travel meter. I have tested several ways. The only one that has worked so far was fulfilling a pet request. The rest were not adding to the travel score even though my family pet score went up.
It seems to me (and others) that the family score is not being counted correctly.
I wish that there was a pilot behind the wheel of the fishing yacht. Nobody sailing the boat?
