I went on vacation with my one pet. I didn’t see where you can add more pets. How do we include more family members? I’m probably blind. Lol Thanks, Ajoy65 :)
When you first get your ticket, you are given the option to bring along other pets.
I took my vacation. It was absolutely amazing. I want to thank everyone who put this together for us. I even thought it was so cool after fishing adventure, as it was dropping off at the dock. I tap on the ship logo. And it took me around the island. Some parts u can see other families standing on the edge of the island. Absolutely great. Beautiful scenery . Ty, Ty, Ty. Had a blast.
I need help!! Was playing a game at the arcade. It wiped out my tickets. I can’t earn tickets . I lost over 9,500.00 HELP!!

After update!!! Curio shop. After gem mining. Seeing panda. Everything seems to be 3D version as choosing the gem need. Then can’t see nothing like my dock, my diamonds amount, my cash etc n the area u tap to go where u want. I have to walk out the door. Then everything pops up. Then I played games at the arcade. N now over 9 thousand tickets missing to my account. It shows 100 tickets. Playing a game drops my amount n I can’t add. Cause playing a game is not earning any tickets but just showing 0. ( ZERO ) after game.. I hope I get that back . Ty
I’ve done the fishing twice. The first day I lost two fish to broken lines. I did get one fish and my family caught one. Today the fishing seemed easier and I even caught an uncommon fish. I caught 3 and my family caught one. Tomorrow I hope to have earned a free vacation with family score.
I have really enjoyed the island. I love picking my family members and having them run around with me. I love that my baby is incorporated in all of the activities. I love that she can win the special prize fishing! I like that the family can all help with the fishing. I love the souvenirs. I really wish the food items were items that could be displayed in your house. The smoothies are so pretty, I would LOVE them on my table. I also think it would be neat if the random food prize you win when you eat at the dinner table was a decoration for your room. I also love that can you can take a photo of your family, and you can swim with them. Also, so cute them in the plane. The whole concept is adorable and fun. I love it!
Ever since the update, I have issues with the Arcade. My pet can’t play any of the games because it can’t connect with a seat. I tried different areas of the Arcade with no success.
I have been having the same problem since the update for vacation. I go to multiple seats and eventually managed to get in a seat. Hope this gets fixed soon. Usually only works now when someone else is already in the seat.
I have NOT tried a vacation yet, but I STILL can’t sit at an arcade machine in the Arcade. Lovely.
That’s being fixed this morning, but if you keep trying machines, you will find one that works.

My arcade tickets were at the max and went to 100 as well. Also I have to click on many arcade machines before it lets you in to play.
Please do pass it on to the development team that the sync between Travel Points and Family Score needs to be tightened up! I’m hearing from several sources (and my own experience) that Family Score is often not counting at all. I find pet requests (+5) are tracked. Rarely, baby tasks (usually +5 with some +10 exceptions) count. I think filling a careheart (+20) has counted once for me, but it hasn’t for three of my pets today. I’d love to add this into my daily routine, but it isn’t properly tracking the Family Score I earn, making it really really time consuming :(
Yes please, if this is supposed to work point for point – it’s not working. The vacation itself however is super fun! I love watching the herd of webbies run around together and that initial plane cutscene? HA! That is ADORABLE!!
