These room designs are awesome! My favorites are Christmas Chalet and Feeling Cozy in Cranberry. I’ve looked at all these wonderful rooms over and over again, and getting more and more ideas. I love them all!
Wow. Just wow. So many creative ideas! I’m always amazed at what players come up with and getting the items to pull everything together. I also like seeing more ‘Classic’ room designs. It shows me that even though Next gets all the new cool things going on, many players are still on Classic.
Great job, everyone! My favourites are Christmas Cottage Fun and the airport runway!

Thanks a bunch, Frankie…I had so much fun working on that room, and I have to say that dressing my St. Bernard as SantaKinz ended up adding a special touch to the room! It was a last-minute thought, but he looks like the “real deal” sitting there in his SantaKinz chair, inside the snowglobe! (really love that item; it’s the Snowflake Puppy PSI, and I think it’s a genius idea from the Webkinz Creative Team)

How fun! I’ve been trying to email for help with my Deluxe membership code, but nobody will respond. My mom bought it for me back on Black Friday and it keeps saying to contact customer support whenever I enter the code. Is anybody checking your emails? We have been emailing for weeks and cannot get a response. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Which email address are you using? webkinzsupport@ganz.com or ganzestorecs@ganz.com ? Emails from some providers also sometimes have difficulty getting through — try a different email address, like a gmail address, if you haven’t already.
Totally unrelated: I have a Webkinz Pet Chipmunk, named Stella. I went to the W-Shop to purchase it’s PSF and there is not a PSF in the W-Shop (on my account) for this pet. Is this a glitch? Can it be fixed? How do I go about getting it fixed? Please advise. Thanks.
