    I know this is off topic, and I’m sorry, but I need help with my estore account it’s been 2 weeks now and I can’t get in. I’ve written on webkinz news 3 or 4 times now, and just being ignored.I’ve now sent three emails to customer service at the estore..and no reply from there either. I spent over 2000 dollars each year for the last two years in the estore. The least someone can do is ask them to fix my estore account, kinda hard to spend my points I just bought if I can’t get in. I’m getting frustrated. I’ve done it the right way and yet no help. This is bad customer service. I’m disabled and this game is my only thing I play. So I’m really sad that i can’t get the help i need. You are able to actually talk to someone, they don’t take phone calls anymore, and apparently emails aren’t doing it. Can you please at least let me know what is going on? All they need to do is reset my estore account. i know my email works just fine as they send me lots of advertisements. Or emails showing my purchases in estore.thank you. I’m really sorry to big you about this but I don’t want to go 6 months like the last time I had an issue.

      I touched based with customer service and they have not received any emails from you. Can you forward the last one you sent to ganzworldsupport@ganz.com

        Sally thank you! Apparently whatever info you have them was enough as they fixed it.!! I know they kept saying they didn’t get my emails last time you helped me..but I have brand new phone and computer as I had to upgrade to keep enjoying webkinz! Lol and anytime I buy something I get automatic emails from estore, plus advertisements..so I do not understand why they don’t seem to be getting mine..it makes no sense. Maybe they should check their spam?? Anyway, again thank you so much! I really appreciate it.
