Hello Webkinz Newz readers. It’s Ella McWoof, your official “Webkinz Votes 2014” election reporter!
The mayoral race took an interesting turn the other day when Sheldon shocked Kinzville with his announcement to run for Mayor, making him the sixth candidate! He looked rather … “chill” as he made a very bold statement: should he be elected as Mayor, he’s going to do… nothing. He wants to leave Kinzville just the way it is.
Some have been questioning Sheldon’s slack attitude and whether he is a true competitor in a race against candidates who are looking to make an impact on the future of Kinzville.
But more will be revealed as we head on into the next stage of the campaign, where we’ll interview each candidate in person and learn more about their platforms!

The election for the next Mayor of Kinzville will happen right here on Webkinz Newz from Friday, November 28th to Sunday, November 30th. Election results will be announced on Monday, December 1st.

Ugh he’s so lazy. It’s nice that Cowabelle is running but she’s limiting that amount of Spree Rolls. I understand that she’s trying to gice us more freedom, but I still think Tabby Von Meow is the best for mayor. #ChangeRightMeow!

OMG my older brother was having a party in our basement last night and they were being SO LOUD! :P They stayed up like ALL NIGHT and they’re still up right now! xD

and i’m guessing you had to clean it up? i can imagine how you feel, my lil sis had one of her friends over to spend the night, and the house was totally trashed by the time she left! 2 GIRLS!! they tried to stay up all night, which means I had to stay up all night!

When I looked at the poll, I knew I was going to press thie square next to Cowabelle. But when I looked at all of the candidates, I completely forgot that Dex Dangerous was running! Nobody is talking about him! :D Well now I can see why he doesn’t have that many votes. Daisy Doe started this whole thing and she isn’t doing very well either. If these are the only Kinz running I am not sure I am for any of them. I think Arte Fact or Dr. Quack would be good choices.

If u don’t like any of the canadaites, I would vote for Sheldon, hes not adding or changing anything so Kinzville would stay the same :) I still hope Jerry Frog or Mrs.Birdy runs :)

That would be great! because I am a regular player, not a Deluxe member. Maybe with Mrs.Birdy you could possibly get more money with each adoption of a pet. maybe? :)
It would also be nice if PJ Collie or Persephone ran. Then maybe Persephone could make her shop open to all members. I saw some of the clothes she had in her shop once and they were so cool!!! :) Would be great if everyone could go shopping there!!! :D
or mabye mrs. birdy will do things wher she gives out free pets and mabye give us more money when we adopt a pet.she’ll probly give us some really COOL adoption bonuses!

who is jerry the frog? i’ve seen him before but what does/did he do in webkinz?
Jerry the Frog dosn’t do anything in Webkinz except judge in the Supermodels game in the Tournament arena :) Kinz was going to make him the Host of the W-shop in the beginning but it never worked out that way :( Hope this helps :D

I think these are the final candidates, no one else unfortunately. I was hoping that Arte or Jerry Frog would run. Is anyone else kind of surprised Ms Birdy didn’t run?
Ya, thought she would eventually run. She is like the head of Kinzville in a way. She manages pet adoptions, without her there would be not pets.

Well I’m voting for Tabby Von Meow. Reasons she’s keeping Mr.Moo and she’s reducing the amount of time to get jobs. I would vote for Ms. Cowoline but when you take away Super School Days it’s not very fair because there’s over 275 days (per classes, for first Webkinz) but it does go down once you complete all ten levels for the next Webkinz, and it takes forever if you miss one class. My two cents of course.
It’s your choice every_is_2 so no pressure or hard feelings no matter who you vote for, but I would vote for Cowabelle :) Shes making Treetop and Underwater rooms for all members, also giving players freedom when they decorate, and shes a kid so she understands the needs of us kids too :D #JoinTheAdventure!
I agree with you markg97! I don’t like Cowabelle’s because there’s no benefit for me. I spent good hard-earned money to get an underwater and treetop pet! I don’t like either of the cows personally. The benefits aren’t really benefits at all for me. So, Tabby for the win!

same, still deciding between Sheldon and Cowabelle. I like that Sheldon is keeping everything the same because I like Webkinz World but, I also like Cowabelle’s ideas, but don’t like her drawbacks. Wonder if there will be a 2015 election, hope so! :)

Just my opinion I don’t really want another election like this next year. :( I mean no offense but this whole thing is kind of stressing my out just a little bit. I just hope there’s nothing about no more kinzchat plus at the park, I would cry forever…… But anyways that doesn’t mean I’m not gonna elect someone! #JoinTheAdventure YA!!! :D
And also, when did Kinzville ever even have a mayor? And right now if there are any more candidates, then basically the whole town is running. lol :)
If we have to have a mayor, it would be nice to elect one each year.
Probably the onley reason they had Sheldon run, is because some people might want Kinzville to stay the same. I don’t think he’s going to get very many votes though. #JoinTheAdventure
I’m certainly going to vote for Sheldon because all of the other candidates are taking things away from us in exchange for different things, and none of them are giving us anything and then leaving things the way they are. So I’m going to vote for Sheldon because he, at least is just going to do nothing, and I already like the way Kinzville, pretty much the way it is. GO SHELDON!!!!!!!

Agreed! Those are my top choices too, but I think Cowabelle will win, she stands up for kids. But I am not sure yet if I want to vote for Cowabelle or Sheldon. (not sure if I want to give up my Spree Rolls yet) :)
Of all the people running Cowbelle and Sheldon are the best candidates for us. I mean Dex’s is the worst. I mean who wants the same game of the day for an ENTIRE MONTH! But the thing about Sheldon is that I want some things to change for the better but leaving things the same and not taking away our rights is definately a plus. However Cowbelle seems to have the freshest mind in the matter and although she’s taking a spree die away it isn’t that bad.
I agree, momo4cookie, I like Kinzville the way it is too. I hope Sheldon wins but i guess it wouldn’t be terrible if Cowabelle won, (one spree roll doesn’t really matter to me). GO SHELDON!!!

totally agree! BTW, whats a # supposed to mean?
A # before something usually means it’s the title link to a Twitter feed/thread or something like that. I like Ms. Cowoline the best because losing Super School days has almost no effect, but if she makes all games free then it won’t matter if our Webkinz membership runs out after a year and our free membership kicks in because we’ll still be able to try all the classes. I’d rather not lose half my spree rolls (which is every day and more fun than Kinzville Academy) when Ms. Cowoline’s only loss is the seldom run Super School Days.
