Sophia Soufflé is excited to throw her chef’s hat into the ring! Read her mayoral campaign speech below:
“Bonjour! I know it’s been simply ages since I’ve had much of a presence in Kinzville — a mistake I will most certainly rectify! Some of you may remember me from my fancy restaurant, La Soufflé, the only destination for the most delicious desserts!
We all deserve a treat. I am running to be mayor of Kinzville, so I can bring sweetness back to Webkinz World.
With such an important year ahead, I want to make sure that it’s a delicious one! Not only will I open a La Soufflé location in the Clubhouse that will give out a sweet treat each day, I plan on cooking up new secret recipes to discover and savor. Each month would be a new recipe, which gives one lucky chef a chance to earn a Secret Chef Trophy!
I do hope that you’ll join me in the Kinzville Park from November 8-14. I’ll be handing out a special Webkinz Votes 2024 gift box each day. I already have so much cake from birthdays honestly, as cute as her sweet treat idea sounds.
This candidate seems a bit controversial; I like how she is making us think, and express ourselves. There are some great ideas being presented here, which I, for one, would love to see worked into webkinz classic going forward. Maybe Sophia was reintroduced as a foil !? lol There seems to be a slight rivalry among the family, as older characters; newer characters; older players; and more recent players, exchange ideas. Webkinz players set a great example of civility, for voters in general. Keep webkinz and webkinz classic going strong

We really don’t need more food, my account is saturated. I would, however, be more interested in her if she did more recipes like the bake sales to make new items, or made the food items presentable. That would be interesting!

Great idea! I would consider voting for more recipes that make items like they are doing for bake sales & now Halloween – we do not need more food items.
Sophia is okay, but I really do not want anymore daily sweets/food items than we already get. My dock is so full of sweets/food items it’s hard to scroll through to find the food items I need when making a recipe! Maybe Sophia could redesign the Food Dock? Make it where there are tabs to help divide the food items into sections. Example: a tab for just the Farm Fresh seeds, a tab for Daisy Diner food, tabs for the various holiday foods like Halloween, Christmas, Easter, and a tab for all our Pets Specific Foods. I do sell a lot of my food in order to control the amount of food in my Food Dock, but it is still over whelming and a pain to scroll thru all that food! I do love getting new recipe books and making new food items and practical items. I wish we had more cookbooks, too. I’m not a fan of trying to create a Mystery Recipe either. I would rather have those recipes in a cookbook. You could call it “The Mystery Cookbook” and have the recipes printed there but we wouldn’t know what it makes until we make the recipe. This could only apply to those recipes that have already be solved. There could still be unsolved recipes to solve like there is now. Don’t promise us new sweets, promise us new cookbooks! :-)
These are really good ideas. I especially like the idea of tabs to sort foods. I would also like to extend that to furniture/decorations. I think that the idea of a Mystery Cookbook is fun. We have the recipe, but don’t know what it makes until we try it for the first time. What a clever idea.
That is a great idea, I have so much food in my dock so it would awesome to have some organization. I hope it happens!
@dinoman1203 – I love your idea of having tabs for furniture & decorations! Why can’t they have tabs for themes? Okay…maybe that’s not a good idea as we have lots of wonderful room themes! So…maybe have tabs for the seasonal items, like Christmas, Halloween, Fall, Spring, Winter, Summer, Thanksgiving, Valentine’s Day, and Easter. Or…maybe figure out a way to make it easier for us to scroll for items. It’s mostly easy scrolling on a PC with a keyboard and mouse, but it’s really hard (at least for me), to scroll on the touch screens for iPads and cell phones. It doesn’t matter if you use your finger or a touch pen, it’s hard to do! And don’t get me started on how time consuming it is to harvest crops, and then sell them in the WShop! You can “drag & drop” yourself crazy! LOL! ;-P If Sophia wants my vote, she is going to have to do better than promising us “new sweets”. I don’t want more “sweets/food items”! New cookbooks are greatly needed….without having items that we love RETIRED! Maybe Sophia could bring back the “Holiday Rug” that they thought was a good idea to “retire” from the Christmas Cookbook! It’s wasn’t a good idea! It was a bad idea! Sophia…Bring Back The Holiday Rug recipe!
Those are really great ideas ! Those tabs should have been instituted years ago, for the whole dock. You should ask to be a consultant for webkinz ! I’d vote for YOU ! lol You have great ideas and love reading your posts
@noonesfriend – Awww…you’re a sweetie! Thanks for the vote of confidence. I can tell that the Webkinz creators really and truly work so hard to create wonderful things for us. And, I know they are doing the best they can. Most of my ideas are “wishful thinking”. I have remember that there are many many things they “can’t” do because of programing issues that are old/out of date, and so on. (I REALLY REALLY MISS ADOBE FLASH PROGRAMS!!!) Maybe, if they can’t make all the new things that we would love to have happen, maybe they could bring the items we want out of retirement for sale in the WShop. I especially love all the Civilization themes, like the Egyptian, the Medieval, the Aztec, the Persian, and the Ancient/Roman themes. I would love to see some of the various retired Holiday themes, like Halloween and Christmas, be available ALL the time in the WShop! Okay…I’m going to stop now! I love the idea of having more tabs in our docks! At a minimum, we should have sections for pet specific foods & seeds. We know they have categories already in the database that they use with trading, so they could use that information to to divide all of the categories a little more.
I think I’m good. Between Daisy Doe and Sophie Stockwell, the Clubhouse is good on food items. That’s not even considering both Ms. Birdy and Dr. Quack.

I am still sticking with Goober. New prizes every month and another mega challenge. He has done well this year and I would love it to continue.
I agree, he has done a bang up job. Last thing we need is more food. Frustrating when you win food on the WOW or Deluxe wheel. Nothing wow about that. Maybe if there were special Deluxe wheel recipes using the chocolate bar and candy, otherwise I could do without those prizes.
