The retired items are awesome, but too much filler with toss away items. It causes you to not have anything to look forward to. Also, the Peek a Newz prize pool is too large this time. It makes the chances of getting a forest chair more slim and to get a set of 4- impossible? Color me disappointed for the month of June.

Love the chair on the WOW, the Wizard Apprentice Robe on the WOW mobile, the little toad stool chair on the WOD, and the globe on the VW. The rest of the prizes…not so much. At least I can sell what I don’t like or need for KC.
I’m hoping for another one of those spinning globes from the vacation wheel, because I have one and love it, and currently share it between rooms that need it. What is that mushroom item on the deluxe wheel? Is it a chair? Is it from a previous theme, because I don’t recognize it, and I don’t think that I have anything that matches it except maybe the kids theme. I’ve heard that there used to be a really nice lily pad theme, but from the items that I’ve seen, I don’t think that it matches those. Hmmmm…
The Toadstool Chair is part of the retired Lilypad theme. I’m very happy we have an opportunity to get some of these old items – last time was the butterfly chair and firefly lamp, so hopefully this is a trend to seeing more of these retired items.
That chair is from the Lily Pads theme. I didn’t have a chance to get that chair before it retired. So, I’m so happy it’s offered again on the wheels.

I got to be deluxe for three days and they gave me estore points just for playing! If I knew all of that before, I would’ve started a second account years ago!!!

And, I’m very choosy about the pets that I adopt. I have a couple of pet codes for virtual pets that I received but am not very interested in. I may adopt them on my new second account just so I can be a full player and enjoy those benefits. Thank you so much for blessing my accounts with your generosity! Hi ~dogfish! I absolutely got your care package on my new account! I don’t know if that account sent you a thank you note yet because I may have opened the gift on mobile, and mobile behaves slowly for me, and makes kinzpost difficult. That new account enjoyed the benefit of the 3 day deluxe trial. Now that it is just a free account, can it even do kinzpost? Like I mentioned before, I may adopt the flutter pig or harvest sheep on that account just so I can be a full member, but I want to try the game from the viewpoint of a free member, and see the game the way that they see it first. I’ve had relatives complain that it is only fun if you’re deluxe. I responded that it already is fun, and THEN you’re deluxe. I don’t remember what it is like to play as a free player though, with all the restrictions, so I’m going to go exploring and see what I think. It used to be so easy to get friends and family to play – we would just gift them plushies with codes. The Sunday School teachers even gave them out as prizes, and the school nurse had a basket of them, I guess as comfort items to soothe sick or injured students. I REALLY look forward to the return of plush, because there are just some things that you can’t do with a code. ;)

Hi MLP! So sorry that I didn’t see this until today! (It’s been a busy weekend!) I LOVE helping people come up with names for their webbie family members! Do you mean the leopard lizard, because when I search the kinzapedia, that’s the only lizard that comes up? You can let me know. If that is the correct one, a few names that I’ve come up with are: Oola (‘a red lizard’ Australian origin); Arizona, Baja, Mojave (some of the places that they come from); Speedy, Daytona, Skeet, and Kohana (because they are actually really fast/swift); Chase (because they love to hunt/chase down their food); and Top Dog (because they are so territorial that they don’t want any other species living in their territory – except their dinner!) I hope that you find something that you like, or that at least makes you smile. :) Thanks for giving me a challenge. I had fun! I really hope that you see this post! Have a great week!
Shouldn’t DELUXE items be on the Wheel of DELUXE not old wshop and previous giveaway items given to everyone? Really though, all of the “updated” prizes are repeats, many times over – not so special :(
You know, it’s not the people who are long-timers that these prizes are aimed at, it’s the little guys who are just starting the game and getting cool items that are retired and hard to find and I know they think it’s great when they don’t have to navigate the Trade Rooms for these items we take for granted.
That’s it exactly. It’s annoying for long time players but…it’s really really useful for people who either weren’t playing the entire time or for new players who are trying to collect older items. I for one don’t have the lilypad chair – I didn’t collect the theme and it retired while I was away.
I agree, but I am a long-timer player.
I agree that some of the prizes are repeats, but others are awesome and I’m glad to have a second chance at getting them. For example, I’m most excited about the chair from the Lily Pads theme. Also, I like the life jacket and sunscreen.

They will not be updated and the feature will eventually be removed entirely.

Here’s my suggestion. Offer an entire calendar year of old retired items as floatie clickies here on WKN. (Similar to what you did during your 10th anniversary year. That was a lot of fun, and added an extra pop of excitement when dropping by the newz page every day!)

I’ll let you know as soon as I can. I don’t know how much notice will be provided, so I always suggest redeeming when you have sufficient Moneyz. No new items will be added, and Moneyz required for each item will not change.

Hi everyone! It’s called ‘Sunshine’s Suntan Lotion’ and it is a room decoration as others have correctly pointed out. I won one today, and that was how I found out that the prizes had changed. Then I came over here to WKN to see what the rest of the new items. I hope this info helps, and that you have a good rest of your day!
