With so many changes to such a massive game, there are still some issues we are working on. However, on a regular basis we will be fixing these issues until everything works much more smoothly. At the same time, we will be working on some of the long-awaited features that our fans have been asking for!

If you cannot log in OR if you are logging in and seeing a frozen screen, please follow these steps:
1) Clear your cache (especially in Chrome). Click here to learn how or on your Chrome browser tab, hit Options>History>Clear History>Clear Cache.
2) Check that your Flash Player is up to date.
3) Re-type your password in the login box to light up the Log In button. Saved passwords won’t light it up until you re-type it.
4) Try a new browser.
5) If you’re still experiencing issues, contact Customer Support at webkinzsupport@ganz.com.

For those who have been asking, the next batch of item fixes will be tomorrow (Monday). We’ve also made over a hundred game fixes which we are currently testing and will push Live (along with another batch of item fixes) with our next site update on Wednesday, July 29th. Thank you for your patience during this time.

ganz, is webkinz have issues with the garden too? I tried to do the garden but it just says (You’re chop isn’t ready for harvest).

Is there any way to make the screen smaller? It is massive. I’ve tried the zoom thing, no effect. I’ve tried to re-size my window screen, it simply reverts back to the super big size.
You can not use saved passwords and have to retype everyone of them every time!!!!!!
I want to add my voice to those indicating dislike for the demanding pets and rapidly decreasing energy and food meters. It is costing far too much money to feed these pets and “visit the wshop” (which means I have to buy something). Then I saw the ghost on the vacation island and when I went to the spa, it cost over 1120 KC to get my health back! It used to cost only 330 KC. It took me years and years to save the KC I have, and I definitely do NOT like how fast it is disappearing in just one day. I will probably get used to the aesthetic changes over time, but the demanding pets are going to kill it for me. I would like to add that I have played almost every day for 9 years now on three accounts – long after my children stopped playing, so I am loyal to the game and my opinion should be meaningful.
Help How do I get it out of full screen?
Okay, I was just on the new site. Alyssa’s Star Challenge isn’t working. The screen has been filled SO large, that I can not see half the bottom half of my stuff in the ribbon across the bottom. I can’t find the log out button, so I just closed the window but I hope that doesn’t ruin anything. I was there for only about 30 minutes and I found the pet CONSTANTLY asking for things, or wanting to do something OTHER than what I was doing, and THEN having a time limit on fulfilling her demand, rather annoying. Am I there to have fun, or did I just become maid to a game? I didn’t find it any fun at all but rather stressful and then to find out no matter what I was doing, all the meters were draining so fast! And seriously depressing to find out (after I HAD to put my pet to bed and change which one I was playing with) that ALL OF MY PETS had empty hearts!! ALL 172 of them!! I’m going to run out of food and money before even ten of them are happy! I see my fascination, and my money, finding a new hobby, and soon. =(
Just making sure this issue not over looked and gets added on to the list of things needing to be looked in to fixing. Since I don’t see any post saying this, but on my account in addition to all the same glitches others mentioned….. Webkinz nolonger fits in my Crome screen. I am having to scroll up and down from the dock/pet level to main game play box, when i need something from the dock or need to see what my pet/what pet is saying. Tried other browers like firefox but can’t even get a logg in button on those. Not trying to be gripey or impatient… I know you are working on the problems, and so I am hanging in there with no plans to go anywhere. Just making sure the “now to big and not fitting the screen” issue is added to the fix list. 1 last thing Icons in the dock are awful small to see. Thank you for all your hard work, the look so far shows promises Webkinz X could be great once the bugs are kicked out.
Umm let me put this out there… I have to relearn EVERTHING!!! But I have a problem….my pets are VERY demanding and it’s ANNOYING. especially I when you don’t give what the want in time. The pet wanting stuff is fine. But it’s like the harass you for whatever it is. I just think they shouldn’t do it so often. Especially when the want a new outfit. I just let my pet wear what looks good on them & its just too much switching around. Oh and another problem I can’t use kinzchat in the clubhouse. I have kinzchat plus. I tried refreshing and everything else and still not working. But overall I’m still a bit iffy about this update. I still see the beneficial part but i still find it a bit unnecessary…
I was only getting a green screen after it froze up/kicked me out, but I just updated my Flash player and now it lets me log in. :) Yay.
What a mess. This wasn’t the time to spring the new Webkinz on us. I can’t find everything and I’d like to find where to ask friends for the items to finish. I can see where there are some improvements that could be helpful.. but I don’t care for all the changes. This may end my relationship with Webkinz!
