With so many changes to such a massive game, there are still some issues we are working on. However, on a regular basis we will be fixing these issues until everything works much more smoothly. At the same time, we will be working on some of the long-awaited features that our fans have been asking for!

If you cannot log in OR if you are logging in and seeing a frozen screen, please follow these steps:
1) Clear your cache (especially in Chrome). Click here to learn how or on your Chrome browser tab, hit Options>History>Clear History>Clear Cache.
2) Check that your Flash Player is up to date.
3) Re-type your password in the login box to light up the Log In button. Saved passwords won’t light it up until you re-type it.
4) Try a new browser.
5) If you’re still experiencing issues, contact Customer Support at webkinzsupport@ganz.com.

For those who have been asking, the next batch of item fixes will be tomorrow (Monday). We’ve also made over a hundred game fixes which we are currently testing and will push Live (along with another batch of item fixes) with our next site update on Wednesday, July 29th. Thank you for your patience during this time.

It is taking a lot of time for the pets to request loving (which means a lot of waiting) but overall, I like it. I am not sure if you receive all the first gifts or not though. A ball popped up when I hit 3000 and 3500 with gifts. I haven’t navigated my 900 dock items to see if the first items were there.
I think this new update has some pros and cons. Pro: Nice and easy to get to places. Con: Like many have said before, it hurts your eyes after a while. Pro: Easier to get things from your dock. Con: You cannot do what you want all the time because you must fill out your pet’s request so they don’t get mad. Pro: Nice prizes for the family score. Con: Smaller dock and it makes it harder to see what you have. Pro: easy way to dress your pet. Con: You have to scroll down to see your dock and pet when you are not at your house. This is my opinion of course
I’m getting really tired of scrolling the screen like when I’m trying to fill my berry jars or send gifts. I especially HATE the videos that keep playing on the home page and sign in screen.

Already I see ALOT of issues with the new webkinz. My pet is wearing glasses and the eyes show right threw them. The outfits look very odd on the pets. Much like on the Webkinz APP. Please fix these issues I don’t like them at all. I didn’t know you’d be changing the pets up a bit. Now clothes look horrible on them. :/
Also, I cannot chat in chat plus. Its not letting me type and wait, we can no longer be able to dress our pets in the clubhouse??? I hope your only working on it and then bringing it back.
Yeah, It’s like that the computer/internet is like a giant Apple device.

all my gardens which I hadn’t used forever, (too busy) was miraculously ready to harvest. I am afraid to go to my fall corn maze to find it isn’t dead.
I have been playing with the new version and learning to navigate around. As with all changes it takes time to adjust and for those pesky glitches to get ironed out. I do like the new look but not too happy with the way the pet map works. I have a lot of webkinz and use to go to each one’s room on their birthday. With the new map I can’t navigate to see all the rooms. Plus if I have a pet that is too far away from the garden then I can’t get to it unless I click on the pet that’s in the garden to get to the room that way. I find that it takes up much more time than before. I am still trying to stay positive and patient to see how it all works out in the end. Thank you Webkinz for all the great new features hopefully everything will be just fine in no time. P.S..it would be so nice if the pets were listed alphabetically by the name we give them. I have 560 with more to adopt(which I won’t do until things get ironed out) and it would make it so much easier to find them. Just an idea.
I had the same problem with my dock in the arcade, kinzpost, ect. You can use the family score points button to see it but I figured out that if your screen is too small and you can’t see your dock, scroll down. Since your window is to small, it creates a scroll down bar. If your on a desktop computer and it has a separate mouse all you should have to do is use the scroll button in the middle. If your on a laptop, like me, and it has the mouse built in on the keypad, move your mouse over to the right side and just movie it up and down until you see the scroll down bar appear. I hope I helped someone. I really didn’t think I was going to like this new update because I dont like change very well. But I guess since my expectations were low, I was really shocked to see that it wasn’t as bad as I thought. I had a pretty hard time logging in at first. I had to clear my cache. But after I fixed that, it was better. U will say theit were some glitch issues and other problems but I know that the Webkinz team is working on it to make Webkinz as fun as it used to be. Although Gennelle, my pet care heart is running completely low when I do anything. Yesturday when I logged in, I put my pet in her bed like I always do and went to the arcade. But she kept telling me ” I could use some sleep.” Even though she was already in her bed. Anyways I am staying X-tra positive about Webkinz X.

Ganz, it won’t load! The loading bar is filling up, then restarting. Filling up, then restarting. It’s been going on since last night! PLEASE fix this so I can see webkinz x for myself!!!!
My chat bar is hidden behind the huge picture of my pet. I can no longer talk in the trading room. I have purchased tons of food and the pet’s hunger bar jumps back from 94 percent to 15 in seconds. Really this is not a good thing. I have been on Webkinz for a long time, I have two accounts and over five hundred pets, I buy a lot at the estore, and right now, I am not happy with the changes. You can only change your pet’s clothes in their house and they are very demanding now.
