With so many changes to such a massive game, there are still some issues we are working on. However, on a regular basis we will be fixing these issues until everything works much more smoothly. At the same time, we will be working on some of the long-awaited features that our fans have been asking for!

If you cannot log in OR if you are logging in and seeing a frozen screen, please follow these steps:
1) Clear your cache (especially in Chrome). Click here to learn how or on your Chrome browser tab, hit Options>History>Clear History>Clear Cache.
2) Check that your Flash Player is up to date.
3) Re-type your password in the login box to light up the Log In button. Saved passwords won’t light it up until you re-type it.
4) Try a new browser.
5) If you’re still experiencing issues, contact Customer Support at webkinzsupport@ganz.com.

For those who have been asking, the next batch of item fixes will be tomorrow (Monday). We’ve also made over a hundred game fixes which we are currently testing and will push Live (along with another batch of item fixes) with our next site update on Wednesday, July 29th. Thank you for your patience during this time.

I have been trying for the past hour to get on webkinz, still can’t get on :(
I put my lil’ kinz rabbit Kendra on the toilet to see if anything changed at all. All I could see of my pet was… FLOATING RABBIT EARS! Can you believe it? I thought it was a one time glitch, so I laughed until my head of. I tried it again to make sure it wouldn’t continue. Okay? What did I see?
Whoops! I accidentally sent my post too quick! It’s not SUPPOSED to be a cliff hanger so I’ll answer it now. Feel free to guess without reading the next part though! (It’s a little bit obvious) DRUMROLL PLEASE!..FLOATING BUNNY EARS! Is this because of Webkinz X? It doesn’t BOTHER me, It’s just a bit unusual!
I am upset with this new format. I can not get into my room . I can jump to my rooms but when I to it,I can not open it up. I hope their is someone out there who tell me how to do this. I also have over 600 plants that will die if I do not to take care of them Thank you for your help.

I know it’s hard to be patient while things are tweaked and polished up a bit, but it’s important to be appreciative toward all involved that Webkinz is evolving and giving us something new rather than staying static, letting us get bored, or even giving up on us because it’s too much of a bother. I hope all of us long time Kinz Karers (see what I did there? lol) give it a chance to see where all of the new changes go. I have a feeling we’ll all be quite pleased when it’s all done. :)
I think webkinz X is great, but the screen is too big so you cannot see it all in one go and the items bar is too small. It would be good if these could be changed because they were better on the old webkinz.
I think Webkinz X sends a very negative message to children. If you do not give your pet what they want, when they want it, they are going to throw a temper tamper until they get it. It also costs to much k.c. to keep them fed. I fed mine their PSF and the meter actually went down. The new format is real nice, but, demanding pets, I don’t need.
We’re aware that most players feel this way and that wasn’t our intention. We’re changing the frequency so they’re less demanding. Also, you always have the option to ignore the pet if you’re not interested, etc.
That would be fine except for one little problem. There are players out there (and I’m not the only one, because I’ve talked to several more) that can’t stand for the meters to be low and to see that sad face on the pets. Silly maybe, because they are virtual. It’s a perfectionist tick of mine to keep my meters full and seeing all those empty meters and depressed faces makes me feel uncomfortable. I was a super careful mother and I’m a super care-giving pet owner and I can’t help but take things like that seriously even if it’s fake. OCD tendencies towards perfection, cant help it and it bothers many other people too. With hundreds of pets on my account, I see a LOT of sad faces right now. Bugs me to no end :( Everyone’s health and happiness was perfect or close on my account, now no one is happy for more than 24 hours. That I do not like and getting over it will never happen for me. It’s not in my nature.
Looking at all of the complaints. I can agree with them all! I will wait to see how it fixes up since I use this game as a form of entertainment/ down time! I see you are working on the demanding pet problem. This game needs to happy up, we like seeing happy pets! Maybe make it so people who don’t want to be interactive with their pet can just shut that option off.

SPREE doesn’t work in Internet Explorer. It is all too jerky in Firefox. Crashes and freezes constantly and I have found myself getting totally fed up with my pets demands. They ask to sleep when they are asleep, I change their clothes and they behave as if I haven’t and still keep asking me to do it. Boxes don’t open in the house, it all freezes and I have to close and log in again and Jumbleberry berries can’t be put into the jars. Not at all happy, don’t like the new look unless you get it sorted out and all works properly. Why do I have to constantly scroll up and down to see either my pet or perform the next action I want. I am getting RSI with all the scrolling. It all needs to be on one screen I can see in front of me and not one and a half screens high with this hassle.

Yay!!! I love this new extra special way of caring for your pets. I like knowing how my pets are feeling and what they want. I feel kind of like a pushover when I give them everything they want but it makes them happy and helps increase my Family Score. I love the new and improved Webkinz.
I hate the update! Some of my stuff is missing from my rooms which is mostly rare stuff that took a long time to get and save up for, my dock is no longer organized by name which is annoying for the different categories, Alyssa’s star challenge doesn’t work at all, the game crashes and refreshes every 5 minutes, and my pet now gets hungry and sleepy like 10 minutes after it was at 100/100 for both bars!! I can’t just go on Webkinz and leave my pet in bed while feeding it cause that’s the only way to keep those bars up, doing anything zaps them down to 30/100. I am disappointed Ganz!
