With so many changes to such a massive game, there are still some issues we are working on. However, on a regular basis we will be fixing these issues until everything works much more smoothly. At the same time, we will be working on some of the long-awaited features that our fans have been asking for!

If you cannot log in OR if you are logging in and seeing a frozen screen, please follow these steps:
1) Clear your cache (especially in Chrome). Click here to learn how or on your Chrome browser tab, hit Options>History>Clear History>Clear Cache.
2) Check that your Flash Player is up to date.
3) Re-type your password in the login box to light up the Log In button. Saved passwords won’t light it up until you re-type it.
4) Try a new browser.
5) If you’re still experiencing issues, contact Customer Support at webkinzsupport@ganz.com.

For those who have been asking, the next batch of item fixes will be tomorrow (Monday). We’ve also made over a hundred game fixes which we are currently testing and will push Live (along with another batch of item fixes) with our next site update on Wednesday, July 29th. Thank you for your patience during this time.

To find the marshmallow challenge, go to your map. It showed up there for me.
I like Webkinz X! It has it’s flaws and bugs and it will take some time to fix them all but I think the updates are great! I don’t like how the pet’s needs are so demanding but I do like that the site is now more pet-centric. I’m not a huge fan of how they just took the previous pages (like the employment office, arcade, ect.) and put a border/background around it. I wish they made the actual pages better rather than just adding the border and expanding the window.
i only play webkinz because of KinzChat Plus… and i miss the original webkinz but whatever its not like they will change because we dont like it.. but if they wanted to improve the only thing i wish was for all the variety of rooms in kinz chat plus!!! they had all this time to update and thats the only thing we actually care about in kinzchat plus. i miss the old clubhouse
I do not like the new Webkinz. I am so used to the old one. Then, things were less cluttered. Now, things are just bunched up together, there’s too much going on, and things are cluttered together. This is so annoying. By the way, I still have not received my Sterling Cheeky cat from the April Pet of the month contest. This is so unfair.

Another thing that I’m having trouble with, is feeding my pets. Its like every minute they’re hungry, and I have to keep buying and buying and buying more food. And for anyone who can’t get out of the arcade, I’ve figured out a way. You click on the options and/or settings, whatever its called, click my page, click view page, then click the X in the upper left corner. But seriously Webkinz World, why have you changed? Why couldn’t you just stay the way you were before?
What?!?! Why can’t our pets get dressed in the clubhouse anymore?!?! Not fair.
I cant move screen to go from room to room. Have to just keep jumping from room to room to get near the room i need. Also when i play a game in arcade there is no way to close game (no little x in top corner). Items, clothing etc. in dock too small.
If you click and hold on the house map, you can drag it to get to the room you want.
Dear Ganz, I would really appreciate it if you provided a link for ALL of us to get in. This is very fusterating for me because I really wanted to explore Webkinz X and I wanted to build my seaside hotel. Please help all of us. -Wolfy126

It took me several times to be able to log in but once I got in, I LOVE LOVE LOVE it.
I have a few questions about the new Webkinz. Maybe someone can help me. I can’t get to Webkinz on Internet Explorer now unless I upgrade to Windows 8.1 so I have to use Google Chrome. When I sign into Webkinz on Chrome and go to certain screens like the Curio Shop or Games, I can’t see the bottom of my screen to go somewhere else. If I remember to change my zoom to 90% BEFORE I log in, I can see just enough of the bottom of the screen to navigate. I’m also seeing a lot of dark blue boxes in my games like Get Eleven Solitaire and Atlantiles. My pet seems to be hungry constantly. Even after I get the hunger level to 100%, 2 minutes later she’s down to 30%. At this rate I’ll be out of food in a couple days. Is anyone else having these problems?
I believe Genelle said they are having some issues with the meters right now. I think the fact that they are going down so quickly is one of the glitches they are trying to fix, so it probably won’t be like that forever. Just give it some time and see what happens. I use Google Chrome, too, so I know what you mean about the bottom of the screen. When I couldn’t see my dock in the arcade, I noticed my window had a scroll bar on the right, so I used that and was able to get to my dock! Sure it’s annoying scrolling between the game and the dock, but at least it still lets you get things done. Try looking for a scroll bar. As for the blue boxes in the games, I assume that has to do with all the changes the site is dealing with at this time, so some of the graphics must be “cutting out” a little bit or something. I would think once some of the other glitches are fixed and this whole thing has settled down some, that might stop, too.
i wonder what is going on with it? i can’t even get logged on and i’ve been trying for like an hour or so. i think they added too many changes to quickly.
