With so many changes to such a massive game, there are still some issues we are working on. However, on a regular basis we will be fixing these issues until everything works much more smoothly. At the same time, we will be working on some of the long-awaited features that our fans have been asking for!

If you cannot log in OR if you are logging in and seeing a frozen screen, please follow these steps:
1) Clear your cache (especially in Chrome). Click here to learn how or on your Chrome browser tab, hit Options>History>Clear History>Clear Cache.
2) Check that your Flash Player is up to date.
3) Re-type your password in the login box to light up the Log In button. Saved passwords won’t light it up until you re-type it.
4) Try a new browser.
5) If you’re still experiencing issues, contact Customer Support at webkinzsupport@ganz.com.

For those who have been asking, the next batch of item fixes will be tomorrow (Monday). We’ve also made over a hundred game fixes which we are currently testing and will push Live (along with another batch of item fixes) with our next site update on Wednesday, July 29th. Thank you for your patience during this time.

Where is the marshmellow requests? How do you get from the Clubhouse and games areas I show no area change in the lower right to move normal ! I have to re-login to get any place . ?

Is that the name you used when you signed up for the account? The pet will call you whatever your first and last name entered when you registered.
My pets are keep on calling me summer roase!!!! what do i do to make them stop?
when you made the account it asked for your name I think and you must have put it as summer roase or rose whatever you mean since my pets called me my actual name today :P
I haven’t been able to log in all day :-( I was really excited to see the new format…so disappointed. When I try to login the screen keeps trying to load and says “waiting for Webkinz ads.” What is the deal?!?!?!?
I am NOT happy! These changes are very frustrating. My screen doesn’t show everything at once, so I have to use the scroll bar. That wouldn’t be so bad, except that it won’t stay where it scrolled. It keeps jumping back up to the top. For instance, if I want to feed my pet, I have to scroll down to get the link for the W-shop, buy the stuff, scroll down again to find the link for my room, scroll down again to see my pet, find the food, feed it one piece, scroll down again to give it a second piece, etc. And the pets are eating WAY too much. I’ve spent hundreds of KC today just keeping a few pets fed for about an hour. And half the time, when I feed them, they actually get HUNGRIER! It doesn’t make any sense! If their hunger meter was at 80/100, and I feed them why would it drop to 78/100? It’s a total waste of KC! I have plenty of KC at the moment, but at this rate, it won’t take long for it to run out. Ganz, Webkinz was a great game. It didn’t need to be changed this much! Maybe some people with extra-large monitors, and tons of KC will like these changes, but I am very unhappy, and I know I am not the only one!

yeah, I spent like 200 KC just getting 2 pets 2 of there PSFs to fill them, and the don’t do much at ALL! okay, I’m adding something just for this ~webkinzusedtorockz131~
i agree with you all the way im not understanding any of it and half the time tech support doesnt even speak english. So @ganz your running a technical support with people that cant speak english? very dependible. And earlier i couldnt get on at all! Nobody wanted these changes just like nobody wanted the kc plus rooms to go away. Are they even listening to what we want? seems to me like ganz is just making decisions without our opinions.This is really stupid in my opinion! I am also getting banned constantly for things i didnt say and do the new webkinz X thing shouldnt even exist. I really dont like it as many others will agree. So im thinking if so many people dont like it… why did they make these changes? #bringtheoldwebkinzback

I have been trying all day to log on in three different browsers and I still can not get on. On Chrome it just keeps loading, Firefox just reopens the login tab, and Internet Explorer just goes to a blue screen. Please help Gennelle!!

I’m having problem seeing my dock on different screens. At first, I thought it was my computer resolution but my friend logged into her account using my computer and her dock was visible on all screens. I don’t understand how that can be. Are some accounts working different than other accounts?
Hey guys. I logged on to webkinz and it was working, but it cuts off the bottom of my screen! I can only see the top half of my heart and I can’t see or click anything in my dock. :( I know they said something about adjusting it to fit any size screen, and it does fill up my whole screen now, but it cuts it off. I’m not sure what I should do. (I’ve already cleared my cache.) Is anyone else having this problem? ~*JaneOfAllTrades*~
Try opening it in a new tab: right click on the top browser bar, select Show as Tab. Then you can resize it.

okay, I cleared my cache again. Before I did there wasn’t a way to scroll, not there is. Now it’s just stuck loading on the W but I can’t still scroll a little. Our internet had been kinda messed up lately though so I’m going to try again later. Thanks for all the hard work you’re doing Ganz! ~*JaneOfAllTrades*~
