“Arte’s Weekend Challenge” does not work! Sept 4 there were no baskets. The apples were fine. On Sept 5, I was able to get 5 baskets. Today (Sept 6) there are no baskets. This means this Challenge can not be completed! If Next uses servers, this means that the program was not added to all servers. That explains why some people can do the Challenge. Can you please add the program to all servers right now?
Regarding Arte’s weekend challenge. I was part way through it when it vanished from my screen when I tried to make a kabob on the cooker. I logged out and back in, but the challenge wasn’t there. Why has it vanished? I don’t have the food to make the kabob and couldn’t find any baskets around the town to get the items I am missing. Is it a glitch?
Quit complaining! You don’t have to do every event if it is annonying to you. As far as the Seasons go, the daily tasks are minimal. If it’s a busy day for me, I will go to Next, do the daily tasks and be done for the day. Doesn’t take more than 5 to 10 minutes and adds points for the grand prize so I can skip the harder weekly tasks.

I was so happy to see that the leaves had changed in town now if only the leaves could change on our property in next. Won’t you please create a fall, and while you’re at it, a winter background for our properties? Classic changes by your design every season.
I love the current season; however, it’s rather unfair that in the title picture for the season upon logging in, you show a Museum room with 2 pillars and 2 benches, yet we only receive one of each in the actual prize pool. Why didn’t you include 2 of each as pictured, to make the design possibilies better? I assumed there would be 2 when I participated in the season. Things like pillars, benches, windows, these should ALWAYS come in pairs. And truly, the wall decor in Next is quite lacking. I wish the Hippo Aphrodite from Classic existed in Next. It would be perfect for art gallery/museum possibilities. The outdoor/indoor limitations are sometimes very frustrating.
For week 3, I purchased the Academy Away Baseball Jersey to complete one part of the challenge for which I received credit; however, when I put it on my pet (several times and on different pets) I did not receive credit for dressing my pet in it.
Looks like the baseball outfit isn’t tagged properly. Search your dock for “SpiritShop” and anything that comes up will complete the task.
Since I bought it at the Spirit Shop it should apply. I really don’t think I should have to buy something else because it is “tagged properly.” I don’t have anything else in my dock that counts, and I don’t want to have to spend more on something else.
I wish we had a Friends List in Next, as I would happily send players KVA clothing items to fulfill this part of the challenge. I have tons! Any time that Ganz asks us to spend at the Spirit Shop, I add instruments to my marching band, or grab new team uniform pieces for different sports. Hopefully you can find something that you already have either in storage or your dock that fulfills this part of the challenge. Good luck!
Thank you SO MUCH!!! For taking the time to make this calendar I really appreciate it! All the events look fun and can’t wait for the mansion season. It would be really funny if there is a backpack that is a vacuum cleaner as this looks like one of the manors in Luigi’s Mansion.
While I appreciate new prizes and creativity in the game, there are too many events happening at once. Between classic and next, I feel like I sometimes play out of obligation to keep up rather than the joy of the game, especially with three back-to-back months of collection events. Could events be more spread out? The challenges on next only have a one day break before the next one starts. This seems to discourage children and adults alike to do physical activities instead of being on the computer/phone all the time.
I agree it has been a bit annoying having the collection event on classic 3 months in a row being the marshmallows then the magic W and now accorns. For next yeah there is not really a break of days were there are no events or challenges and it’s mostly 1 day from seasons which I understand but at the same time it can be annoying. I get why it’s only 1 day break as for those who can’t wait for the next season since that’s the only time you get to see ALL the prizes as when they do sneak peek they never show them all. They did do a servy a WHILE ago asking people how long do they want the gap between seasons I forgot all the options but I think it was 1 day 5 days 7days 10 days though I am probably wrong. It gets REALLY crazy when they have a collection event and a chase event at the same time. Though thankfully they have never done a game event like wacky weekend while a collection event at least not to my knowledge. It would be nice to have nothing going on for more then just 1 day and even then we have had that one day without a season have an event going on a few times. I do like all the prizes from all the events and enjoy new things being added. I know next was really boring when it first came out and there was hardly anything to do since there was mainly sparking and there was no season. They did community challenges sometimes and games. The mines were not open back then or the curio shop they did have some chase events I forget what they all had when next first came out as I was playing classic since there was not much to do on next. So now it’s not boring but just way too many things at the same time. I don’t mind the optional things like the arena. Fasion show. Cake off. Farmers market as I know those will be around and there is no rush to do them.
Agree! I enjoy playing Webkinz Classic and Next, although Classic is my favorite. Sometimes I just take a break from one to play the other. What I don’t like about Next seasons is the necessity to play every day. I wish seasons were shorter with breaks in-between or had longer breaks between them. The challenges are always fun, but sometimes it is nice to just go on and do something without HAVING to do something.
For next season yes you basically have to log in EVERY day and do a lot of the weekly tasks to complete the whole season which can be really annoying if there are a lot of gaming tasks
So true.. Would be nice to have just even something of a break no events nothing to worry about and just few things to do daily.
I am so very grateful for the abundance of prizes that we have received over the years. My dock is overflowing with the generosity of the Ganz team and the mad skills of the design team! That being said, I could use a little down time between events to do some room designing with all of these fabulous new items. An overstuffed dock, with no free time to tidy, organize, or even enjoy all of the items fully, is the main reason that I play Classic less now. I pray that doesn’t happen to me in Next. I just need a week for a deep cleaning. LOL!
I only play next. The game is would be incredibly empty/boring with less events. It’s already much emptier than classic and suffers from having enough to do that keeps players engaged. I play like 10-15 – 30 minutes on average daily and can keep up with events/seasons fine. Idk how much time it takes on classic.
Haunted Manor! I hope that this might mean a new spooky building exterior for our WW homes. I’m excited because I have a whole property where I design Halloween/Fall Fest rooms. I can’t wait to add to it!
