Is anyone else having trouble logging into their account on mobile? I’ve been trying to log in for days but I keep getting a message that my account information is wrong when it’s not, i’ve made sure dozens of times! Any help would be appreciated! -pinkbluerainbowgirl
Hi @pinkbluerainbowgirl! Whenever I have trouble with the mobile app, I usually just go to the app store, uninstall Webkinz and then reinstall it and that usually fixes everything. I also try shutting down my phone completely (since I KNOW that I don’t do that often enough) and then restarting because it just seems like everything needs that opportunity to update/reset from time to time. (Even me!) I wish you the best of luck with your mobile issues! (I’m running off to check mine right now! Thanks for the heads up!)
