I wish the older buildings theme had been made available on mobile or something. I wasn’t here for those and I hope some time in the future they will be made available. But the toy store is really cute and I can’t wait to get it.

i am having deluxe problems! i did not get my deluxe prize prize box yet this month. i was also checking back and i realized i did not get the super deluxe item this year, it says my deluxe membership expires on January 1, 2020. I also cannot find ANY snowy retriever pet medallions!
Please contact ganzestorecs@ganz.com for assistance with your Deluxe account. If you don’t see any floating medallions or rug pieces after 10 minutes (and you’re not playing games in the arcade), log out and back in again.
