If you were using the unopened boxes as decorations in your room already, visit your room to see the awesome new items there for you to enjoy. If you left the original Gift Box in your Dock, check there for all the Window on the World items.

I had opened the gift box when I received it and saw the boxes but now when I’m trying to find them/the prizes, I cannot find them in any of the rooms I have and the prizes are not in my dock either. Gennelle, what should I do? Thanks.

Try clearing your cache and logging back in.
Do the new boxes open to something or do they just stay boxes? I have the app and tried to open the boxes but they just stay boxes. So I was wondering if that’s right or there is something wrong.
