The snowflakes were incredibly slow in appearing yesterday, hope they’ll turn up a bit quicker from now on. I only got 3 total on both my accounts and I’m Deluxe. No one can spend all day on here waiting to get the full quota.

Webkinz! You guys deactivated the free community code for the Peppermint Chair given away in Podkinz episode 111 before January 1, 2019 when it was SUPPOSE to expire! Please extend this community code a few extra days for those of us who missed out because the code expired before it was suppose to!!!

I have played Pizza Palace several times and my score doesn’t get added to my quest. Anyone else have this problem?
I tried to purchase a Deluxe membership today for half off, but when I went to checkout it said the URL could not be found. We tried to contact customer support, but they were closed. We commented on the Facebook page but they haven’t replied. I played Webkinz almost since the beginning and recently came back. I really hoped that my favorite game when I was a kid would have better customer service. Many people also have had this problem and have posted about it but there is no reply about how to fix the issue. I really hope to FINALLY have a reply after 4 attempts to talk to someone about it.
I purchased the half off membership but did not receive the code for the flutter cow. I will contact customer service on Monday hopefully they can help.

Someone kindly pointed out on another article that the ads were deceiving and you have to type in the code in lowercase.
January 1st was a statutory holiday and there was no one in the office. Customer Service will be back in shortly, so you should be receiving a reply soon.
I had the same issue, buy it as a gift.
If you had put happynewyear instead of HAPPYNEWYEAR it would have worked. I was getting the URL not found before I did that. Apparently the All Caps was kind of misleading. Once I put the lowercase letters in I was able to get my membership code.
I hope you figure it out.
