    I love this so much, I recently because deluxe and I’m so happy! I’m a little confused because I thought it said it came with a free flutter cow and I never got it, but I’m happy either way :)

    Anyone have a room picture the new Magical Forest Slide? I wonder what it looks like on Webkinz. Is it huge? Takes up half the space? Curious.

    have been reading the comments above and can add my own experience–something is definitely wrong with the deluxe-purchase process…I tried two different ways to purchase a one-year and got “page not available” both times when should have taken me to check-out. I am considering it a sign that I should just purchase 3-months as I usually do…just hope that works: I have a challenge to finish!!! I called webkinz & reported issue yesterday, but did not yet get a return call…not such a big deal, as the big extra item is always just that: TOO BIG! but I do love that little fairy girl. oh well, will see what works & let the powers that be decide, I suppose. good luck everyone :) -k.

      I had the same problem, for me it was my adBlock software that was interfering with the pop-up payment system. I turned it off and I was able to make the purchase! If you don’t have any widgets that interact with your flash player and it still doesn’t work then emailing support is definitely your best bet.

        thanks much–not sure I have that but will try. why would it allow me to buy points but not deluxe? I am now NOT deluxe for first time in (ten) years? VERY frustrating as I find all the things I cannot do today & I feel it is not my fault (and customer service has still not yet replied to me!!) Hope the monitors reading this can confirm if it is a system problem on their end, but so glad you were able to make it work & thank you for your reply :) best, k.
