I cannot get Webkinz Classic to log into since last night. The Webkinz Classic screen comes up but will not go into the next screen where I can log in. Can you please help. Thank you.
If you haven’t already, try quitting all the way and restarting the app. If that doesn’t work, try uninstalling and reinstalling.
Dear Sally: Yes I have tried quitting and rebooting and that did not work. So I will try to uninstall and reinstall, hope I can do it.
