CONTEST OPEN TO RESIDENTS OF CANADA AND THE USA. These are the official rules (“Rules”) for the “Design a 2022 Webkinz Pet” Contest (the “Contest”) which is offered by Ganz (“Sponsor”).  By entering, each entrant (“Entrant”) is deemed to agree with the Rules.  NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER THE CONTEST. The Contest begins on January 13, 2022 at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time and ends on January 31, 2022 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time (“Contest Submission Period“).  To enter, post a drawing of your idea for a virtual Webkinz Pet on the Share Center on Webkinz Newz at https://share.ganzworld.com/. There are ten prizes to be won: one (1) Grand Prize available to be won consisting of one (1) virtual Webkinz Pet Design Trophy, one (1) virtual Webkinz Pet of their design, and one (1) month of Deluxe membership. There are ten finalist prizes consisting of one (1) 6-Pack of 2022 Winterfest Cookies.  The odds of winning the Grand Prize depend upon the number and quality of Entries received during the Contest Submission Period.
