The Candy Cane Collection will be back in December and if you collect all 50 Candy Canes, you’ll win a Gingerbread Stove as well as 4 other prizes along the way!
Here’s how to play: From December 1st – 31st, look for the Candy Cane Collection Icon on your Kinzville Map and click on it to see your collection. Everyday, you’ll get 1 free Candy Cane, just for clicking on the collection icon (Deluxe Members will get 2 free Candy Canes a day).
Once you have received your free Candy Cane, you can get 5 more throughout the day by asking your friends (by clicking the ASK FRIENDS button) or by finding and clicking on the floating Candy Cane on WebkinzNewz.com.
Please collect your free Candy Cane from your Kinzville Map before getting your floating Candy Cane on WebkinzNewz.com. Some players have been experiencing issues with getting their free daily Candy Cane from the Map if they have collected the one from WebkinzNewz first.

Is anyone having trouble with their account collecting candy canes? For some reason I can not as my friends for candy canes and when I click on ask a friend my account freezes. Any suggestion?
Are you able to send KinzPost messages? If not, try checking your KinzChat phone to see if you have your own username on your friends list — that’s been causing problems recently. Please delete yourself from your friends list if you do. Otherwise, contact webkinzsupport@ganz.com for more troubleshooting steps.
If you or anyone needs a friend I will send candy canes . Only thing I have to travel by bus to shovel each snow this winter 20 miles away and back. BUT I play all the time 1955tiny and tiny19540212 both accounts .
