Sally Webkinz, Can you tell us if the prizes for these challenges will be changed so they can be traded? I don’t like putting something on our accounts that can’t be gotten rid of when the kids are tired of it. We have room after room of things the kids no longer want that we can’t get rid of.I’ve been helping to win the challenges but since they can’t be traded, I will not be collecting the prizes. My poor critters are sloshing after drinking 2,600 glasses of soda yesterday. I’ve already bought 500 top hats today. PLEASE make the prizes so they can be traded and posted!
Unfortunately, these prizes will not be made sellable or tradeable. You may be able to ask Customer Service to delete the items if you truly do not want them.
Way to go, everyone! This Build-A-Snow-Fort Snowball Launcher is awesome! Sally Webkinz, do you know if the Peppermint Snowman that is currently being offered in the “Snowy Snowman Bundle” in the Ganz eStore is tradeable or will become tradeable in the near future? The bundle is a pricier one, and I’m contemplating purchasing it ;)
The Peppermint Snowman is not sellable/tradeable and is not likely to become so in the future.

Hi Sally Webkinz! Do you know if we have to have the items we want deleted in our dock or do we just tell them the location? I have at least two rooms dedicated to “Stuff I Don’t Want But Can’t Get Rid Of” – Thanks!
It shouldn’t matter where the items are, as they can search for them.

seems like a lot of people would like the items to be sellable/tradable so I don’t understand why Webkinz is refusing to make this happen. All items should be sellable. I have several items in my dock that I have no desire to own but they are not sellable so I’m stuck with them cluttering up my dock. Why doesn’t Ganz listen to our requests and make this possible?
I agree with you. I have a whole lot of clutter too.
MaryJane913, I believe it’s because they are gifting us estore items, which are never sellable/tradeable. As for the rest of the things that you can’t pass on, like items from 3rd party promotions, I don’t know the answer.

As a matter of interest, when does the communal contest start each day? To clarify I know we can’t collect the prize from the previous day if won until 9am. I am usually on before 6 am if I had bought some top hats at 6 am would they count toward today’s challenge (or does it run from 9 am to midnight or from 9am-8:59 am. Thanks – love doing these and miss the communal challenges that were offered on Webkinz!
There’s some leeway. If you start on the next day’s challenge before 9am, it will still count, as long as it’s after midnight
