Hi, AUNT09! Those Silly Scoops sure are cute, aren’t they? While I’d love to see those little guys running around Webkinz World, Silly Scoops are a completely different toy line by Ganz — they aren’t part of Webkinz World at all and don’t come with Feature Codes. We just loved them so much that we wanted to share them with you.

Thanks for your question, kittymade10! The Ancient Civilizations theme items from Ganz eStore are not sendable/tradeable/sellable, no. They sometimes show up in Mystery Bags and Stockings, though. Good luck with your collection!
Dear Fiona, could you please ask your tech people why sometimes in the middle of a game, the message comes up “We’re sorry, we can’t log into Webkinz right now”? Are there too many people on the server, or is time limited to play games? Thanks! – NanaZaza
Goodness, that can be frustrating, NanaZaza! Most of the time, that message means that your internet connection was interrupted in some way — it may be that it got just a bit too slow, and the messages to and from Webkinz World timed out. This tends to happen more often if you’re on a wifi connection. There is no limit to how much time you can spend in Webkinz World, but certain areas, like the Clubhouse and Kinzville Park, can get slower when more people are connected. If you get logged out at the same point in the game each time, please send a message to webkinzsupport@ganz.com so they can investigate.

FIONA, If you get 1 soccer ball in the goal, you get $20. Two goals, $50. But I got 3 in and got a net I could only sell for $13 ! I feel cheated !
It’s not being cheated, you get kinzcash for certain amounts of goals, and a prize for certain amounts, too. It’s not how much it’s worth, it’s a prize you get for winning. Be grateful! :)

Dear Fiona, We used to be able to send whatever quantity of estore points we wanted from the estore to Webkinz World. Why is there now a drop down menu with only a few limited options?
Dear Fiona, I have been busy with trying to solve the clothing recipes at the clothing machine, but no luck with solving any. Is there any way we can get hints to solve those old clothing recipes? From, -Frustrated Fashionista.

Dear Fiona: Is it possible to add a kinzpost function where you are able to see the packages YOU’VE sent? Then you could know what you’ve sent certain friends, the last time you sent a package to them, etc. Thanks! ~SpringBreeze
Have you ever considered doing a new line of signature pets? I’m sure it’d be extremely popular (and I can name quite a few signatures that people wanted but never got, such as a black wolf)
Ganz has unfortunately said that they do not intend to make more signature pets because they no longer have a relationship with that manufacturer :(
Signature PSI items can they be added as NEW REWARDS in WEBKINZ not the Estore ??
Signature back grounds and PSI items not yet released were VERY high quality and VERY CREATIVE !!?
Dear Fiona, How much times do we have to go to school until we get the subject prize? And also, do we get to choose them? If not, do we get all of them?
