Before the Goober’s Lab Arcade game became the smash hit it is today, it started off as an idea and a few concept drawings!
Here’s a look at a concept drawing of the game play area. Notice that Goober looks older in the concept drawing compared to his look in the actual game featured in the Webkinz Games Arcade:
Now take a look at the concept drawing for the menu for the game compared to the actual menu. It was decided to add a chalkboard behind Goober after the concept drawing was created:
By the way, did you notice the drawing on the chalkboard just above the PLAY button? Even small details like a drawing on a chalkboard started as a concept drawing from one of our talented artists here at Webkinz Headquarters:

I only heard of Leaf Leaf… but they said it was never released ( this was from a Throwback Thursday about last year) but what are TBT’s, Bamboo Break, and Driving School? Btw I have been on since 2008 :)
TBT Is Throwback Thursday :) And actually Leaf Leaf and Driving School were around for a couple months from what I’ve heard. Bamboo Break was retired in 2009 or 2010 and was supposed to come back, but it hasn’t yet.
I’m glad they made Goober younger in the game, but the only thing that I really don’t like about the game is how it crashes so often. It almost always crashes after I’ve gotten pretty far in the game and that’s after getting 5-combos which would get me a trophy. I wish they could fix that bug.

I am such a big fan of concept art and seeing the final product! I was looking at every detail put into the game and I really appreciate the game so much. It has been one of my favorites for along time. Thank you Ganz for releasing these special concept arts. <3

Same here to the power of a bajillion! GANZ is awesome for putting more focus of Goober because Goober is amazing. I’m pretty sure most of you know that he’s my favorite character by now! XD
OH MY GOSH A GOOBER. DID YOU GUYS SEE THAT??? IT’S A REAL LIFE GOOBER!!! No but seriously, GANZ is awesome for putting Goober in the spotlight more this year. It’s no surprise that he’s my favorite character to the power of infinity. :P (Also, the comment by animalcare that says pretty much the same thing was me; I accidentally made a comment on my sister’s account, haha.
