I just wanted to add – if you have to choose between a few of these pieces or aren’t sure what to get first here’s some neat features on some of the items – the Torch lights up with a little flame. The throne is really cool – it’s animated. The Queen appears like a ghost when the throne is clicked! The Portrait also animates – the picture changes. And if I remember correctly the bookcase is also animated – some books fly in and out of the shelves. Very terrific theme :)
Mobile App still not working! Help! Help! Help! Really want to get this theme, as well as my daily Wheel of Wow.
Try uninstalling and reinstalling
Uninstalling and reinstalling didn’t work for me. I even had someone with a better cell phone then mine download and it didn’t work for her either. I thought maybe it was my phone. But I have it working now. When you go into the play store now under webkinz it now has the update button showing where it wasn’t showing before. I clicked on the update button and now my mobile is working. Good luck to everyone else who was having the same problem. :)

Mobile App is NOT WORKING!!! Keeps saying there is a new version available but there is no update available. Uninstall/reinstall does not work. Please address this issue ASAP.

Try again as I think that the update issue has been resolved. It worked for me anyway.

I second that! I love the Castle theme in the first place, now to have an older ‘haunted’ version is such a fun idea! Someone could use it for a ‘movie set’!
I have not been able to play on my mobile app for 2 days now. A message pops up saying there is a new version of the Webkinz mobile app is available, please visit the app store to update. I understand that this update was in July 2019. I have been playing on my mobile since then, up to 2 days ago with no problems. When I go to the app store it does not show any webkinz updates. How do I fix this. Hopefully, you will be able to help otherwise I will not be able to purchase any of the Haunted Castle Room theme. Thanks

And just like the “Whos down in Whoville” discovered with Horton the elephant, if they all shout together, they will be heard and get the help that they need. Good news. My mobile is working now. I kept trying everyday to see what would happen. Same message came up for several days but today when I tried again to log on, the message came up again but when I went into the play store it finally had update under webkinz. I clicked on it, it updated and now I can get into my mobile. Must have been a glitch where the update button was not showing up. Happy now! :)
I haven’t been able to log into the Mobile app…I get stuck in a loop of “there’s a new version, go to the Play Store to update” to opening the app, where I get the login screen, log into the app, and I get “there’s a new version….” Has anything changed regarding the devices supported? I have a pretty old phone…

One more question, is this mobile app for smartphones? Can you access thu ipads or other tablets?
You can play on your tablet if runs on a supported operating system. I play mostly on my iPad.
Can you get this theme using Kinzcash or do you need e-store points?
