Missing Items
The following list of items are currently appearing in the room as grey boxes as their proper images are not available. Please know that your items are fine within Webkinz World and their images will be fixed. We will be aggressively making these fixes will be making regular updates over the next few weeks to solve all of these issues. Please return regularly to see which items have been fixed.

All items are now visible. Any items still required to be fixed have been moved to the Incomplete Item List.
I’m still missing a lot of items, not sure how many or what they are. I just have gray squares in my rooms. Actually some don’t even have the square, just a blank spot. Also there is no way that the new “smaller” dock has all of my items, clothes, food etc! I have been receiving only “one” die for Spree for over 6 months, could you please fix that as it takes forever to get to the mall? Wish you could get all the glitches fixed because I don’t play as much as I used to before you made all of the changes!
The Delicate Dragonfly Headband is invisible on my pet. I can see it in my dock and in the slot for hats when I “Dress My Pet”, but not at all on my pet.
Missing or Incomplete? I am placing this in both categories. I can see my SQUIGGLY GLASSES in my dock, but not on my pet.
my webkinz colossal movie screen is missing. There was a blank screen, I clicked on it and it totally disappeared. Now all you can see is the wallpaper as if there was nothing there at all. I waited a long time and paid a lot of kinzcash for it. :-(
Did Webkinz know they were going to have this much trouble? Really?? I can’t image the hard work they have been doing and the hard work ahead of them. When my frustration rises, I just have to stop….. and tell myself, “Calm down this is a game that the people who put it all together wants to work and wants to get rid of all these problems!” There’s nothing we on this end can do, but take a day or two off and try to play the game again. We will be frustrated again, but try to get rid of it and come back again. Then one Day we will say, ” whoa remember those days,” I’m glad they’re gone!!!!!! : ) Let’s be tuff and hang in there, and it ain’t easy!!!!!

Why haven’t you made it your top priority to fix missing and incomplete items. Some of these items I paid for. We have waited a very long time. Also when in Webkinz it keeps quitting on me. This is become so cumbersome. I miss the old Webkinz and I miss Webkinz Friends also.
